is it 10,000 yards rushed total? or with one player? does it have to be with a created player?

They're with your SS players (Superstar). If you get 2,000 rushing yards a season, it will take 5 seasons to get 10,000 yards total rushed with your SS player.

When you begin Superstar mode you create your player, so yes you do have to create the player for the Superstar achievements, but it's not as if you could do it any other way.

You, as far as I know, can only have one SS on a team, but you can have multiple SS games.

use a RB and make sure when you pick the position make sure your father is a hall of fame RB. This will give your stats a huge boost. I had a 90 overall for my guy when i picked him with a hall of fame RB father

another easy way was i picked QB with a hall of fame father and im halfway through my 1st season and i have 80+ TD passes and 2,000+ rush yards :woop:

You go to superstar mode, get a halfback. Then run (or sim) till you get 10k rushing yards in a career.
