I got this from here (http://rockband.scorehero.com/forum/...pic.php?t=6243 (http://rockband.scorehero.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6243)) and I decided to try it.

However I went through 10 pieces of PVC pipe before I figured out what I was doing wrong. In the instructions at the link above^ he doesn't tell you there is a twist in the difference of the two ends of PVC pipe. Fortunately, I was able to figure it out and here is the finished product....

(I wish the felt was a bit more cleaned up but it's not worth it since these are on the bottom of the drums.)

Now that I have these I love to play the drums. The pads are more responsive and they don't move/vibrate as much.
