I never played a Civ game before - ive heard lots of good things about it - but i dont understand how it works... it looks like a cartoon-y C&C game... but ive heard stuff about turn based moves and all that? which seems kinda wierd for a strategy game? hows it work? Is it actually turnbased in terms of Final Fantasy turn based - selecting moves - or is it just "attack him" and they attack, you attack, they attack, you attack?

the simplest way to get a feel for the game would be to download the demo...

The demo will hook you. I grew up playing the Civs on the PC, I really enjoy them better than most real-time strategies.

When i first saw it i was interested, then i learned it was rated E then i thought it would be shite, then i played it and damn its addictive but after a week or 2 it starts to fade a bit...

I am going to trade this game in. The game freezes almost every time I play online. I am definitely not having any fun.

Not Bad but not excellent - plays pretty much like any other Civ

I guess it will get pretty awesome once you get down and into it. My friends cruising along on my Aztec civilization, about to fight the Jappanese.

this game is amazing. if you like the demo, youll love the game. if you didnt like it, maybe try the retail, but more than likely just avoid it.
