Buy 2100, then just buy a 200 points card on eBay and they can send it to you via email. ;)

100 points to spare!

On the 360, you can buy many different amounts of MS Points. In stores, they only have 1,600 or 2,100 or 4,200. :)

I wasn't aware that buying MS points differed so much by region. Here in the US we have 500, 1000, 2000, and 5000 available to by directly from Xbox Live. You can get cards for the above amounts and 1600 and 4000.

You learn something new everyday. Also, Shivering Isles is 2400 MS points here in the US.

Also, this is just a way for Microsoft to get you to waste your excess points. They make the purchase prices these weird amounts on purpose. Then you can't buy that specific amount of points. Then you are left with 150 points or whatever. That's why we all end up wasting them on gamerpics and themes we wouldn't normally buy. That's why I wish you could just charge purchases directly to a credit card for specific transactions. This way you would actually save money in the long run.

Yet each value of MS points is conveniently never what you want. Gee i wonder why...

I cant remember what it was but i wanted something that was 1600, and those damn 1500 point cards... grrr, im still whittling down that extra 1400 i had left over.

Just buy a 3000 card on eBay or something. Gives you a little extra if you want anything else some other time.

Useless? You only ever plan to buy one and one thing only off of Marketplace?
