I use Metacritic.

x360a Reviews of course!

Metacritic also features our reviews on their site. So they're both pretty nifty sites!

Personally I liike Gametrailers reviews the best.

Magazine wise I normally get 2 unofficial ones which i think are only in the UK called 360, and 360 Gamer. I prefer their reviews, non-biased....cheapest two too, just under 3 :P

without a doubt zero punctuation.
tbh with just about every review i go to the end and read the highlights.

GamePro magazine because of their "no bullshit" review policy, which I find admirable, and other sites like GamesRadar, etc. which do the same.

I read Gamespot mostly, occasionally IGN, but both are biased. Didn't vote

I really don't trust reviewers anymore. Unless you count Tycho from Penny Arcade. He's usually pretty sound, but I don't know if PA really counts. Didn't vote.

I read Hyper magazine, other than that gamespy.com

Magazine wise, Game Informer is always the way to go. No doubt about it, and no way around it.

Victor Lucas from "Electric Playground" and "Reviews on the Run" gets my vote.

I was going to say something about there not being an x360a choice, but then Tussel goes and licks his own bunghole. Flexible guy, that one.

Then he goes and screws it all up and touts Game Informer. Fuck that.

Zero Punctuation with Yahtzee, he tells it like it is :p

But, If ZP don't have it, I always go to IGN.

Zero Punctuation is funny, but he doesn't really review games, just point out the negative aspects of them.

I don't have a single source I go to for reviews, I look at the mean score of every review site out there. I get GameInformer, but they've had some pretty lame opinions before. I think they gave Alone In The Dark a 7/10 or something. That game didn't deserve a number in my opinion.

I mainly use GamesMaster and Gamesradar.com.

I've trusted them for years and they haven't let me down yet. They've helped me find many great games, and the bad ones too ;)

I feel obligated to say x360a, lol.

I know it's not on the list but i personally find Gametrailers.com to be the best place for reviews. They average from 5-10 minutes long and they really get into the pros and cons about each game.

I'm with GamesMaster all the way. I've trusted them for years.

Why do you care what site reviews a game? I'd say alot of those sites are paid handsomely to give good reviews. Don't trust them, form your own opinion.

Zero Punctuation, he reviews games straight up and was the only one when Halo came out to say this isn't as good as people say. But he's really just in it for the lulz.

Other than that I read OXM or GamesRadar. Even though I don't agree with OXM half the time.

You sure about that, you obviously didn't see the rating Two Worlds got from Gametrailers. I don't use them so much as for what they have to say, just more for the visual review and gameplay. I watch it and decide for myself while only paying attention to facts and not opinions.

It's hard for me to pick as I don't really bother sticking to 1 certain website to read reviews, I just read whatever interests me at the time I'm looking for reviews and what not. But Gamespy I voted for, I always seem to enjoy reading the articles from there and I like the websites layout.

I go with IGN they have been up for a while therefore they have a lot of experience. I have been with there site for about 5 years now and I trust them for reviews of everything.

I don't read a lot of reviews. Their view of the game might be different from mine. Also I don't want to be brainwash to think "This game sucks/is amazing, because <reviewer's name> said so." But sometimes I like to watch ZP's reviews because it's funny more than informational.

I have to go with IGN, they are so accurate. Only mistake was giving GTA IV a 10 and praising its multiplayer.

Metacritic ftw since it links you rto all the others on the list (assuming they do a review on the game you want).

But also I find Yahtzees ZP on the escapist to be a good watch for most games. Hes not afraid to say what he thinks about stuff, the latest one was Eve Online, gold.

I had to vote 'Other'

I let other gamers let me know about the game, i look at the negative and positive comments etc.

So... ONE of the best reviewers is the community
But at the end of the day, when i get a game, i decide how it is for myself

I lost all respect for GameStop when they gave Two Worlds a higher score than Too Human. Seriously, Two Worlds a 7.5? Don't even get me started on Electric Playground. Why in gods name would you give a game based on dolls an 8.5?

In the end, I disagree with just about every review I see nowadays. I'm not even saying this to toot the site's horn, but our review team is usually spot on when it comes down to it.

Including Metacritic is pretty cheap cause it's just an aggregator so it's obviously the best. Personally I like EGM though, always have, I love the humor, and I love nearly everyone who works there, distinct personalities.

I love Game Informer. I've been subscribed to them for many years now. I can't convince myself to go with any other magazine. It's Game Informer all the way baby.

The only thing GameInformer has going for it is the cover story. I would listen to my grandmother before GameInformer for reviews.
