    cheers for the reply dude, im signing up with the gym this week i hope so with any luck i can get someone from the gym to sit with me and work out a starting routine, i wanna do cardio and also build on my upper body strength. thanx again

    Noticed your post on the exercising thread. As far as what routine you should use- it depends on a lot of things: your age, weight etc. Your best off consulting a doctor first and going from there. I've been on a program for about 8 months: started out very slow by exercising only twice a week and have worked my way up to a vigorous daily workout. Whatever you decide to do- good luck and stick with it :c)
