Haha there might be less apps but if you think about it, 98% of the apps in Android market are something you could live without. Actually only apps I "need" are Whatsapp, Xbox games and Internet browser. Gmail and Outlook are also nice to have on my home screen so I have quick access to the email. Oh and of course the ultimate 42mpix camera
That sounds quite bad... I've had only Nokia phones excluding one Samsung (my first phone). You could say I'm a Nokia fanboy and when you can even get achievements on the Windows Phone it was even more tempting to get a Lumia. There are some bad sides in it as well like random freezing, battery drains fast and not as many apps available as there is for Android or iOS. Still I wouldn't change this to any other model at the moment.
My 1020 hasn't had any problems yet, all those mentioned above were for my 920.
Slow, it's like EA games, always looking at loading screens, every HTC model I've ever played with has been a slug. Have the One V right now and have to constantly clear the cache to even get to my texts, you don't even want to know how long it takes to load email or get websites up, it's madness. Know a few people who have/had HTC's and all had the same complaints. My SO can do about 12 things on her iPhone in the time it takes me to send a couple words by text.
