I was pretty let down by MGSV around the 40-50% mark. It just wasn't the Metal Gear I wanted. You'll see what I mean upon completing MGS3. I want a current generation MGS in the same vein as 3. Anyway, my backlog is pretty ugly right now, making it a bitch to go back to where I'm currently at on the 360 version, but it is Metal Gear and must be completed (Story, not achievements). I also have the One version, installed and never started, but that's fine. I intend to run that at some point.

Pretty sure this cat is on his 9th life.

Well, your MGSV completion almost inspired me to go back and play it. Almost..

Hey, Slaughter. I'm sorry I missed your exit post. I never noticed and had no idea until Doug brought it up in his blog as an example of people leaving.

I'm glad you're still popping in occasionally! You're a good guy (don't let anyone tell you otherwise, lol). I hope you don't permanently leave.

Anyway, I hope you're well, I just wanted to say you've got a lot of friends here

See, I agree on the gameplay - it's the best stealth and action gameplay I've played to date, but I don't agree on Chapter 1. When you boil it down, only six of the thirty-one missions actually did anything to advance the plot. Most was filler, and that's why Skullface felt so underdeveloped.

I also agree the game was unnecessarily padded. The side ops were atrocious both in how repetitive they were, and how they were structured. Plus, I didn't feel the open world was all that impressive. But I say no more cause I've already ranted about this game! I don't know how it got perfect scores either, it has many flaws and its strengths don't outweigh them.

It's probably up there with Witcher and MCC as my proudest current-gen completions, too. And yeah, I liked some aspects of the game, but others were awful. I already talked about these in my blog so no point in repeating myself

Keep yo ego in check and that shouldn't happen :P. Also safetys bars bro. Happened to me last week since I was on a bench w/o safeties, had to be saved by another gym goer. Taught me a few things about what to realistically expect out of myself.

I naturally gravitated towards the big 4 cause the idea of being strong resonates well with those moves. Which in turn got me interested in Powerlifting competitively and Strongman.

You're doing excellent for your age, which is honestly one of the best times to start lifting. I started powerlifting in late December, but I was just going with flow and feel until sometime in February or March, I started using more hard numbers and a certain number of sets. Better results, and more fulfilling workout that doesn't leave the ego bruised when i don't attempt prs.

For some reason I got the impression you were stalling hard on Bench like I frequently do, which is why I added a second day. I now do them on Monday (After OHP) and Wednesday (Chest day). I can already tell the added frequency is gonna bump my 1 rm nicely next Wednesday when I go to test it.
