I also got a box of Cliff bars to try about a week ago, in some Macadamia flavor, and they were really good too! They tasted just like a macadamia cookie, ha ha. Anyway, hope you've been good and haven't gotten sick any more lately. I've been drinking some of my tea blends that say "Immunity" blend on them, since they're somehow supposed to boost your immune system and help keep you from getting sick. I don't know how good they work, but so far, I haven't been sick yet. I don't know if it's that though, or the fact that I'm always using Lysol on everything lol. But be careful with all of the snow up there, if you're still getting it! It sounded pretty bad on the news, saying it was breaking records in some States. At least we have our tea to help us stay warm!
Hi Kairi! Hope you're doing good! I take it you are back from your trip now? I hope it was fun and relaxing! I know the weather up North has been crazy lately with all of the snow, so I hope that didn't effect your trip in a negative way. I had a friend that was going to go home a week or two ago to New York to see family for a few days, and they had to cancel it due to blizzards up there. How has school been? I hope those papers you mentioned in your last message went well, and that's pretty cool that you get to do a translation project in your Japanese class! I'm sure that's something you're looking forward to, since that ties in to what you want to do when you're done with school. I'm still eating the KIND bars, but I don't really have any new flavors to tell you about, as I've been eating the same ones as normal lately lol.
I've been alright, thanks. I've been quite busy with uni work as well and I've found myself drifting away from a lot of things since Christmas, like gaming and my uni clubs and stuff. I'm not sure why though, but I've been trying to get back into them again. Our HP society held a Triwizard Tournament with the Doctor Who and Sherlock societies last night and I went to that. It was a lot of fun, even if we came last in the challenges haha. I won one of the two prizes for being best dressed though, and that was a nice surprise.
It really is great how the Francis group has continued to grow now he'd made his home here. Maybe one day he'll have the largest social group on the site? That'd be pretty cool. I never knew so many of him could exist on one page either, and I don't think vBulletin did either, given the way it broke his BBCode sometimes.
Aww, it seems like unis are doing a pretty good job all round of keeping people busy. That's good you're not letting it overwhelm you though. Oh yay! A week without classes does sound great, and that's a very nice way to spend it. Whereabouts in Canada did you go? Hehe, I thought they might've been. Spam Nation will never be victorious. XD
Oh, haha, if you haven't played Tales of Hearts R yet, I would totally start there. Persona storylines are not related, kinda like Tales and FF games. Similar, but no previous knowledge required, and I forgot the Suikoden titles, too. Hehe. So many to choose from on PSN, it can be overwhelming. If you want just a couple recommendations that I would give 9/10 ratings on, I can easily say Xenogears and Chrono Trigger are the best places to start.
Well, first off, we have all our Final Fantasy games. Not sure which you have played, so I just recommend the series as a whole, along with Tales. Pretty sure you've knocked out most of those, so moving on Persona 4 Golden is great, but very time-consuming; you can drop 100+ hours on that, and it's classic Persona (half JRPG, half high school sim). Some of my top picks without going into too much detail would be Xenogears, Legend of Dragoon, Vagrant Story, Grandia series, Wild Arms series, Chrono Trigger; the list goes on lol. Those would be a good place to start, unless you want more detail.
