So with that video playlist you showed me for Deus Ex, how does that work in terms of the Director's Cut? Just follow the guide and I'll get the 1000g, but what do I do about the dlc since it's intertwined into the game for the DC?
It was just one episode. USA vs Japan vs Europe. It seems like it came on a lot earlier last time. Anyway, it was a great show. I won't tell you what happens just in case you get to watch it later. Then again, you keep piling up the achievement tags which is more work for me to do so I might spoil it for you. Nah man, good luck racking up all those points.
You can do more weight on the barbell, definitely, but there's not as much stability required as when you use dumbells. Plus, there's more variations that you can do with the dumbells than the barbell (unless there's more that I'm unaware of?) but at the end of the day a pump is a pump so I guess just keep doing what works for you!
My least favorite is probably legs/calves/abs (especially the last one because it's just really boring to me). Despite legs being one of my least favorite, squats are one of my favorite exercises. I would say my top four exercises are the squat, bench press (barbells and dumbells), dumbell curls, and cable flies (low to high works best for me personally).
I have a stronger back so I'm doing lateral pulldowns with more than my body weight (so now I can do 12 pull-ups in one set) but I think it comes down to push vs. pull. I prefer pushing exercises to pulling, simple as that!
Ahem, I really don't like barbell curls. I don't know why, I just VASTLY prefer curling with dumbells. And that's actually pretty ironic, because my favorite things to train are arms (biceps specifically) and chest simply because I've felt that those are the muscles that look really manly when they're big. What are your favorite parts to train?
