    Tbh I didn't bench or squat for a long time because those are probably the scariest exercises. There's always that fear that the bar will come down on your chest (which has happened to me before, and it's pretty scary) and you won't be able to get it off. That's why my compound lifts are relatively low considering that I've been training for a little over a year (though honestly I didn't know how to effectively train until like January lmao). You're so far ahead of the game though, it's good that your focusing on lifting heavier rather than only looking better.

    My goals at first were mainly to just get bigger and look good, but I learned that aesthetics is all subjective and relatively superficial. My goals now kind of evolved from that into just lifting heavier on every exercise, because the good looks and size come with that.

    No not really tbh. I managed to bench 175 the other day (which I was really proud of). I was just forgetting to retract my shoulders (which is also why my shoulders were really starting to punch and I wasn't really feeling it in my chest but now that that's taken care of I feel it more in my chest rather than my front deltoid).

    I train bench press twice a week but I only do a full chest workout once a week. I do a full chest workout on Monday but when I train shoulders on Thursday, I'll hit the bench again. I would say when you really start going heavy on one rep maxes, hit it once a week instead (as you'll be pushing your nervous system to its limits).

    Well I guess bio mechanically that's the case wth everybody, since that's where most of people's mass resides. For you shoulders or any other upper body issue that you have, I'd suggest getting a foam roller. That really helps loosen everything up.

    I hate rowing lol. The only one that I like is the single arm Dumbell row but I absolutely hate barbell rows. You should add farmer's walk into your next back workout, it's really intense.

    I've been playing the hell out of MGS. Best stealth game of all time in terms of gameplay but the story is pretty poorly done (simply because of the second chapter, and you'll see why if you play it). It takes a long time but it's easily accessible to people who aren't as good at stealth games.

    With pull ups I could barely do 5 a few months ago but I focused on increasing my deadlift and rowing (basically just strengthening my back) and I blew myself away with a set of 12 non weighted pull ups.

    I personally hate training abs but you gotta do it. Just continue burning body fat and they'll come I guess. :/

    How's gaming for you? You should definitely look into MGS V. It's really good.

    I naturally have super strong legs so deadlifting and squatting heavy is never easy but more natural to me. For me it's such a big deal to bench with a big plate on each side. I rep 135 five times but 155 is my actual one rep max.

    For shoulders I like doing the push press because you can go heavier and really control the negative on the way down. I use 100 lbs on that. I realized I wasn't hitting rear delts at all so I started doing reverse cable flies and I'm already seeing a difference.

    I've been dipping for a while so I have a belt chain where I hang a 45 lb plate in between my legs while I do it. Doesn't get much more alpha then that. XD

    Pretty good! My bench still sucks in comparison to my other lifts but my maxes are like this: 155 bench, 275 squat, and 315 deadlift. I want to get a six pack but I just need to continue burning body fat and it'll come eventually (since I don't eat terribly).

    I changed my weekly split so now I hit everything once a week (I don't take any preworkout so I was just exhausted all of the time) but I already like it more. Now it's like this:

    M: Chest/Abs
    T: Back/Obliques
    W: Legs
    Th: Shoulders/Abs
    F: Arms
    Sa: Off but walk for an hour in the morning on an empty stomach (for fat loss)
    Su: *repeat Sa*

    I never thought I would like having whole days for shoulders and for arms but I really like it. I can do so much more for my shoulders now that I have the maximum amount of energy for them and they (and especially arms as well) give insane pumps once those workouts are done.
