good point, I'll probably just end up renting RB: the Beatles anyways, I'm sure they'll add hard note charts, its not like Harmonix would screw the expert players over like that, or at least I hope not.

And yes it's true you can't stop them from whoring GH but at least I know I'm not going to be in line buying the games anymore, even for Metallica, they may be a great band but its just another way for them to make a quick buck(both Metallica and Activision respetivly).

I'm not saying they don't put hard work into their games but ever since World Tour I've begun to hate the series, they really need to spend time changing things(like graphics maybe?), World Tour was a fail in my books(compared to GH3) and I doubt Greatest Hits will be any better.

Well, the best thing about RB is the fact they have so much DLC, you can pick and choose but when they start making games aimed at just one band(with some extra songs on the side) like RB: Beatles, GH: Aerosmith, GH: Metallica, etc. they start asking for $60 for all the songs in that game, even the ones you don't want to pay for. You can't pick and choose which ones you want, which is why the DLC works as great as it does. When you make it a variety like RB2, GH3(which actually had a lot of metal), GH:WT the developer statisfies everyone with a good mix, which is why I disagree with making music based games centered around just one band.

Ha, we'll see. I did ask for some MS Points from my wife for xmas and I don't really have anything else lined up to use them on. Can't think of anything better than Fallout! Such a great game.

Me (drums), Matrarch (vox), my fiance (guitar/bass) and some guy (guitar/bass) just played a ton.
Was my first time playing in a 4 player band and it was really a lot of fun!
Next time you're on, send me a message or something and let's play.
And I'm really surprised... when RB2 came out, like everyone on my FL was playing.. and there's like no one playing GH:WT and when they are, they won't play. It's weird... but I guess you have a point about the GH-ish people kind of wanting to do solo more and then the fact that lots of loyal RB players are prissy about playing GH:WT. I'll be honest.. I like RB2 a lot better.... but that doesn't undermine how fun GH:WT is...!

Haha, you quoted my Tool post. How out of context that looks!
ALSO, I seriously can never find anyone on GH:WT to join my band.. PLAY WITH ME PLEASE. It just searches and searches forever and I never get anyone. (Ok, I do but it takes forever and it's never a full band.)
