I have a PS3 as well and they work great together. Still waiting on something to remote play with, which is one thing I am looking forward to.

Hey mate. With many things, I buy it because I simply want it. With the Vita, that was the main reason behind it. My main intention was to get a Vita, buy Unit 13 when it released and then wait for the tampering so I can play homebrew and whatnot.

The device itself is phenomenal. I think that its first revision will have many improvements, but I haven't really got any complaints at the moment.

The 3G, from what I've been told, is not used for gaming, that is strictly wi-fi. I wish I had done the research because I regret spending the extra $80 or whatever it was for the 3G.

I have good knowledge of some stuff now, but I didn't before I started. Seeing as I was serious about it I learnt what I needed and have learnt more as I've gone along. I have my routine, but as you've mentioned I don't want muscle memory to come in because it may slow down the process.

I have notice P90X changes this from happening and I've been looking into it, but I'm not sure if to take the plunge and actually do it or if it's worth it. The advantage is it's all a home work out, so I'll mix it up with that and the gym.

Nothing happens over night and it will take a while to feel or notice a difference. I go to the gym 5 times a week - Mon: Chest, Tues: Lats, Wed: Legs, Thurs: Shoulders, Fri: Arms and Sat/Sun: Rest. All with a bit of cardo but I'm quite slack on that part, so I must pick it up a little!

Have a protein shake 30min/1hour before my work out each day and just eat enough during the weekends. I do a light weight high rep one week and then a heavy weight low(ish) rep the next and repeat. Started on about 5/7KGs and I'm on about 10/12KGS now with some workouts being a little lower - mainly flys.

I do also take Creatine, but I've been off it for about 2 weeks as I've just forgot it or not bothered, but it's a must. Though when using it, you do need to come off of it at least one week in every 5/6 of using it as it can burn you and your body out.

Hopefully I can get over the bad I've just had and get straight back into the routine. Will hurt a little but no pain no gain and all!

Only done a month so far and haven't noticed too much or a big enough difference. I've gone up some weights so my strength has definitely increased. I've just had a weeks holiday in Florida, so my whole system has gone out of the window, and there was nothing I could do about it.

I've also worked out that I'm at the right body fat % to see changes, and this was a little help to the nutrition change but mainly just due to my natural build and metabolism. So I'm not being a nutrition Nazi as such (for the moment).

Hopefully once I get back into the gym today and really keep at it, I hope I'll see some differences in a couple of months. Though I feel I need to work a bit more on the nutrition side of things to help with the protein/muscle gain as well as my BF%.

So far all's good and it's not as hard as it seems once you get everything in order and past the first month or weeks. I did hit a wall (nutrition side) and I got the cravings and felt a bit shit, so I had a cheat meal.

Just work at it and eat right. If you are into it properly you should see gains within a few weeks. Creatine is great, ive done without for 2 months now and I need some more. Remember that eating properly is the most important thing! Let me know how you get on!

I saw this in a movie about a bus that had to SPEED around a city, keeping its SPEED over fifty, and if its SPEED dropped, it would explode. I think it was called..."The Bus That Couldn't Slow Down".
