Thank you very much for your post a couple of days ago to help me prepare for the missables. I just have one question regarding difficulties and new game plus: Do you set the difficulty in NG+ or does it automatically get set to Death March? If so, I would just play normally and then speed run through on Death March in NG+. Furthermore, would doing that in NG+ unlock the achievement?
Hey, Bigg! Well we were waiting to see if Mike comes on soon to do some Heists, as Dirty said he's also ready when we are! If it gets too late though, or we don't get to play tonight, Dirty and I are both free to play tomorrow as well, if you are!
That Master Chief video was hilarious! At the dry cleaners and telling them to get off his lawn lol. He has such a good voice. If I were a voice actor, I would love going around in real life using "the voice." It would be fun to see if anyone recognized it, or if people didn't pay it any mind lol. Yeah, poor Elias Toufexis, on the one hand I bet he gets recognized everywhere! But on the other, he's having a hard time finding work in other games now. He did so well as Adam Jensen though, I hope he doesn't regret it.
Ha ha, that's ok! I know, Roland is dead, I just thought that would be a funny twist or something - although I admit I don't know how it could work lol! Just wishful thinking I guess, ha ha!
Yeah, I was so surprised when I saw his name in the credits!!! I had no idea! But I instantly recognized his name and thought that was so awesome! His voice is pretty unique, but I think he'll be ok. He can play any deep/hoarse/gruff sounding dude in a video game, but I think he can keep it just different enough as to not lose jobs over always sounding the same. I thought Ness sounded familiar in B&B, but I honestly never thought it was Geralt lol!
Yeah the Adam Jensen voice actor, he's kinda boned on that one lol. He always sounds exactly like Jensen, since it's his real voice. I read that he had already read tons of lines for Far Cry 3 before they decided to ditch him, too.
PS I chose the juice. I had a crime to solve, gotta stay sober lol!
Bigg! I played a new game out called Blues and Bullets last night, and the main character you play (Eliot Ness) had a very familiar sounding voice actor! Then I saw the credits at the end of the game, and guess who it was?! Doug Cockle!! He has the same deep, gruff voice in B&B as he does as Geralt, although it's a little bit different. Here is a quick video clip I made where you can hear his voice a little bit! I just thought that was kind of cool lol.
I never thought of the stranger being Athena! How interesting! Shoot, what if it were Roland? Talk about a plot twist! Nah, I don't think it's Roland, but yeah it could be anybody. Can't wait for the next episode to see more that is revealed on that. That's pretty funny that you tell Jack that you need his help, but then refuse it lol! I've accepted his help most of the time, but I've refused it once before.
I loved seeing Janey Springs! I didn't expect to see her in the series! This series really surprised me. I remember when word first came out about the Borderlands series, and I watched the first trailer and how it was about two Vault Hunters. It showed Rhys and Fiona, and I was undecided on whether I liked it or not. It looked kind of... weird. I thought Borderlands was just a shoot-n-loot kind of game, how are they going to make a story about that?? But they did, and it worked! The writing and humor in the game is what really makes it Telltale's best work.
