Also, I have a quick question for you: Dumbell bench presses or barbell bench presses? I prefer the bar because it isolates chest more and by default you can do more weight. Plus, with the dumbells, the stabilization required puts too much work into my shoulders rather than the chest. Another thing for me personally is that I struggle with getting the dumbells up in the first place. :/
I don't mind "grunting" but it's the people who scream or grunt insanely loudly for no reason that annoy me. The way the guy grunted in the video while he shrugged cracked me up. XD But the rule of the guy who uses way too much weight to maintain proper form is SO true. I see that ALL the time.
What are you working on today? I killed chest and shoulders yesterday so today it's onto back, biceps, and triceps for me today. My legs are still super sore from Thursday!
