    Keep yo ego in check and that shouldn't happen :P. Also safetys bars bro. Happened to me last week since I was on a bench w/o safeties, had to be saved by another gym goer. Taught me a few things about what to realistically expect out of myself.

    I naturally gravitated towards the big 4 cause the idea of being strong resonates well with those moves. Which in turn got me interested in Powerlifting competitively and Strongman.

    You're doing excellent for your age, which is honestly one of the best times to start lifting. I started powerlifting in late December, but I was just going with flow and feel until sometime in February or March, I started using more hard numbers and a certain number of sets. Better results, and more fulfilling workout that doesn't leave the ego bruised when i don't attempt prs.

    For some reason I got the impression you were stalling hard on Bench like I frequently do, which is why I added a second day. I now do them on Monday (After OHP) and Wednesday (Chest day). I can already tell the added frequency is gonna bump my 1 rm nicely next Wednesday when I go to test it.

    'Easy' 295 pull on Deadlift for new 1 rep max after failing that weight last week. Went hard on pull down style exercises today as well. Also pulled 225 3 x 1 on Deficits DLs. Once with Straps, once with Mixed Grip (Right hand supinated) and then a 3rd time Mix Grip (Left hand left supinated).

    For some reason i love cable rows. Such a fun exercise. My back has really been growing from them too. Getting nice an 3d, now if my lats would grow like that...

    I don't game very much anymore, I have had several times lately where I have gone a week or more without earning an achievement too. Between working out, school, and work I just don't find much interest in gaming right now. Warframe and Neverwinter fit in perfectly as easy to pick and play for a little bit games.

    My lower body is naturally stronger than my upper, but a lot of my issues with upperbody have to deal with my pronated shoulders that I am working on. Speaking of back workouts, I got the cable row machine and just pulled what ever the last person left it on for 3 reps. Looked at the weight and it was more than I had ever pulled before XD Like 30 - 40 lbs more

    I train abs max once a week for 3 x 10 on a weighted crunch machine. I prefer the hanging leg raises for 2 reasons; stretches glutes & hamstrings and works the lower part of your abdominals.

    I did dips with +15 yesterday. Getting there

    I really don't care too much about having abs I just want a strong structure there. As long as I am not fat. Although muscle does build best when lean :/

    Gaming has been whatever as of late, play a little Warframe and play a little bit of Neverwinter. Gonna hopefully start playing The Witcher 3 once the semester is over

    I also hit core 2 times a week minimum. Stopped doing crunches/planks and start doing back raises (life saver and has made heavy squats easier) and leg raises.

    I just got home from school, work and leg day. PR'd Back Squat (225), Front Squat (100), and Weighted Dips (+15). Been a great week so far.

    Good. Our benches are about the same but you stomp me on Squat and beat me on deadlift. I am 150, 220, and 290 respectively.

    I do shoulders/biceps (overhead press), legs (squats), chest/tricep (bench press), back (deadlift), and cardio Monday to Friday. Sat and Sunday are rest days.

    I started being able to do dips recently and was able to do weighted dips (+10) for reps yesterday. Pullups are still very week for me but I can do a few.

    You should be able to stay ahead of me on everything minus bench. I am gonna catch you there. My upper body is finally starting to get with the program. I am hoping to reach 1k powerlifting total early next year.
