Complete Jedi Temple - Sith Master difficulty

*THE DIFFICULTY ACHIEVEMENTS DO NOT STACK AND REQUIRE 4 PLAYTHROUGHS*

1. You start of in the hull of your ship, walk forward and it will open and you free fall to land on a platform below.

Kill all the enemies (easiest with force repulse hold http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...es/misc/lt.png + http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...ges/misc/b.png) then walk up the platform towards the huge doors, Use your force grip (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...es/misc/rt.png) on the 2 huge swords across the door and push them all the way up till they lock into place and the door will unlock.

2. The next room is an entrance hall, move towards the back and defeat all the enemies as you go, at then end will be a huge statue use your forge grip (
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...es/misc/rt.png) to pull off parts of the statue.

Turn around so the statue is behind you and move forward and enter the door on your left follow path round and enter the next room.

3. The training room see '
Robot Parts' for how to clear this room, once cleared walkt through the new door you opened ad follow the path round till you are in front of the hug statue again

Use your force grip (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...es/misc/rt.png) on the platfomr up and to your left and straighten it out, once this has been done return to the entrance hall, across from where you kust re-entered the entrance hall is another doorway that is blocked off, destroy the blockage with force lightning (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...ges/misc/y.png) follow the corridor round and enter the museum.

4. This is the room you can get the
'
As The World Turns' achievement, you do not need to kill any enemies in this room you can simply run past them and about halfway along the corridor on your right is a corridor you go though.

Follow the corridor and fall down and you will again be infront of the huge statue, destory a couple of pieces of the side of the statue with your force push (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...ges/misc/b.png) and the statue will collapse, now head all the way back to the entrance hall.

You will now be able to jump across the gap where the statue once was, keep moving forward till you get a cutscene with your father and you enter the trials

5a First section of the trials is where you can get the 'Get A Grip' achievement, once you have completed this section you then move on to trial 2.

5b In this section of the trials you have to use your force grip (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...es/misc/rt.png) to move the platforms into place so you can move along until you get to the 3rd trial the boss.

5c This boss isn't very hard at all and i didn't really have any trouble with him on any difficulty.

In part 1 I used a combination of force lightning (
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...ges/misc/y.png) and the http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...ges/misc/x.png,http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...ges/misc/x.png,http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...ges/misc/y.png combo till you get to activate a quick time event to move onto the next section.

He has all the same abilities as you ie lightning repulse etc, he also has a a shockwave attack where he jumps in the air and slams down and an attack that causes all your buttons to change (very annoying)

Once you have moved onto the next section he will be infront of you floating in the air and have 2 boulders floating either side of him, he will throw these at you and then telepot near you and unleash his shockwave attack and then teleport back to his starting position.

The easiest way to do this section is hit him with force lightning
(
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...ges/misc/y.png) then dodge the 4 boulders he throws at you and when he teleports to you, move away and then repeat this process, when he has takem so much damage you will fall through the floor and enter the 3rd and final section of the boss.

The 3rd section is very similar to the first except he has 1 new attack where he traps you in a vortex which will do you damage, however if you hit the
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...ges/misc/b.png button quick enough you will escape it.

Keep using force lightning
(
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...ges/misc/y.png) until his health is nearly all gone and you will be able to start of a final quick time event and defeat him.

http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/Bj/gF/04...fn5-wqOBo=.jpgRobot Parts - 30 http://live.xbox.com/xweb/lib/images...n_External.gif
Defeat the training room in less than 2 minutes

When you walk into the training room you will see a cutscene, then a warning that the training droids might still be active and a load will spawn out of some blue statues.

To complete this area you do not need to kill any of the droids at all, On the ground floor there will be 4 blue statues simply destroy them with your light saber and then jump to the upper floor, again there will be 4 statues but they are a lot smaller then the ones on the ground floor, again destroy them and you will get a cutscene of a door on the top floor opening, move through and you are done.

http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/Lt/3j/04...fn5-zM3TI=.jpgGet A Grip - 30 http://live.xbox.com/xweb/lib/images...n_External.gif
Defeat the trials without the sphere turning red

Halfway through the level you will see a cutscene with your father and afterwards you have to face the trials.

As you stand on the platform look towards the blue/white ball and use your force grip http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...es/misc/rt.pngthen move the ball along the line to the other side, if you move the ball to far the line it will go red.

There are 3 sections you have to move the ball along, there is no time limit so just move slowly.

http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/IM/nE/0I...fn5--ryTw=.jpgAs The World Turns - 30 http://live.xbox.com/xweb/lib/images...n_External.gif
Use the large globe to kill 10 enemies in the museum

When you enter the museum area, above you will be a model of solar system, use your force grip (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...es/misc/rt.png) to pull down the LARGE globe in the middle.

Once you have it in your possession use the http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...es/misc/rs.png to throw it at your enemies.

All finished, if anyone has any useful tips or anything worth adding please let me know.

While I think it is a great guide, the total gamerscore is "220," not "230."

I am not trying to nitpick, but just something I noticed.

Nightdragon 12-05-2008 04:47 AM

Changed it for him :p

Hayden never was good at maths ^_^

General Jack II 12-05-2008 05:12 AM

I just finished getting all the new achievements and have a couple of tips for jedi master difficulty.
i believe the hardest part is the very beginning when you land. instead of sliding down the ramp of the ship jump out and you can control where you fall try to saber slam right on top of the flamethrower trooper (he will be surrounded by a gold orb and is easy to see when falling) saber slamming him will knock down his shields then use force repulse to knock everyone off. for the jetpack troopers grab them and throw them straight down over empty space to get an instant kill.
the rest was fairly easy if you have beaten the campaign on master.

for the final battle always try to knock him off the edge. XXYY works sometimes and force push does too. lightning is very effective. when you knock him off the edge he will reappear in the center and fall down, while he is falling he is vulnerable and try to catch him with force lightning while he falls. if you get him with the lightning before he get to the ground he cant do anything while you have him with it. when he does the thing that mixes up the button try to use an attack that he has to counter like force push or force lightning (if you can find it, but i found that the LT was force push most of the time) this will keep him from attacking long enough for everything to return to normal.

great guide! Non stackable difficulty achievements! Urgh - so annoying!!

Greili 772 12-05-2008 10:40 AM

Hi,
i downloaded the Jedi temple Mission but where can i play it??
I didnīt find it as extra Mission.
Please Help

Greili 772 12-05-2008 10:43 AM

Ok i found it, sorry.
You have to start a new game.

SSJ4 Link 12-05-2008 12:20 PM

Just a note: As The World Turn did not unlock the first time through the game (on Sith Lord setting).
People are also reporting that Jedi Master won't unlock if you play on Sith Master first.

Edit: PS, thanks for the guide. I don't really need it, now that I just need to get the Padawan achievement, but it's very nice work. Cheers.

lingenfelser 12-05-2008 05:07 PM

Yeah, for shits and giggles I played through on Padawan last night and completed it.
And the Achievement didn't unlock?!?!?!
Overall the DLC mission seems glitchy... after I finished I must have had to sit through 5 or 6 different loading screens before it booted me back to the main menu?

DarKnight80 12-05-2008 06:33 PM

Well, I ran through it first on the Apprentice difficulty with not worrying about the three extra Achievements [Robot Parts, As The World Turns, & Get A Grip]. The Youngling Achievement popped up for me right away.

After that, I went back on the Apprentice difficulty and collected Robot Parts. As The World Turns, & Get A Grip. All of those popped up for me right away as well.

Then, I collected the Padawan Achievement without any problems.

Now all I have left is the Jedi Knight & Jedi Master Achievements. My advice would be to start at the easiest difficulty and work towards the hardest difficulty one at a time.

The boss, I believe he is called the "Dark Apprentice," isn't too difficult really. I just followed what Hayden said with a combination of what General Jack II said, and he was pretty easy (well, at least on the Apprentice and Sith Warrior difficulties), but I believe it will also work for the last two difficulties.

Onto collect the Jedi Knight Achievement!!

noticed that after you beat it if you exit game then continue game that you can change your difficulty to the next one and get that achievement also.

You can change the difficulty during the mission and get achievements

I noticed the continue part and changed it. Is there a place you have to change it or achievements would be disabled? I'm wondering if you could change it at the boss and still get them. Probably not, but it would be cool since it takes 4 playthroughs.

xXxMoose69xXx 12-06-2008 10:02 AM

i played the beginning on apprentice then after i went to the trials i changed it to sith master and it worked

yakuzzaa 12-06-2008 10:13 AM

I don't know if people know this(but you should).Don't change you lightsaber and your costume at anytime because you will not get the achievement.I think this is said on the main achievement guide but I didn't see it on here. Its a stupid way to miss out on a achievement and its a easy mistake to make......believe me!

The lightsaber part is false. I've changed to color more then once in fights and the power crystals more then once in battle but I've also noticed that some glitches affect somepeople and don't effect others. Also, I noticed that no one gave the tip of not attacking when the boss changes outfits in the middle of battle.

Can anyone tell me what characters come in the mission pack? I've seen that it includes Qui-Gon Jinn, Darth Maul, and Mace Windu. Who are the other 3?

I can't buy it and look myself yet, as my kids don't get the game until xmas morning :)

nice guide i might get this game when its cheap

Evo Kazz 12-07-2008 01:32 PM

Im wondering why this is not 250? and 220?

Hellmasker 12-07-2008 01:54 PM

what the hell, i used the quit option when i got the achievement and it worked the first 2 times but not anymore. Is there a specific time i have to change the difficulty at the last boss?

Evo Kazz 12-07-2008 02:53 PM

The continue glitch doesnt work for me, when are you meant to change difficulty in the options?

t4nd4r 12-07-2008 04:47 PM

Has anyone noticed when you updated your checklist on this site for the new achievments they are not staying checked?

I've reloaded the page and opened up a different browser and still will not stay checked :(

Evo Kazz 12-07-2008 05:42 PM

Just done Sith Master, the glitch is not needed, its easy enough anyways, all done 1220.

@Above
The website gets confused when DLC is added, you need to delete your checklist for this game completely and then re enable it, and start again, only takes a minute
