They look like a normal ME list. I am personally very excited for this game. It will be interesting to see exactly how the single and multiplayer roles interact.

RDrules 02-04-2012 03:19 PM

now those are the best multiplayer achievements ive ever seen... do something in multi or something more in single player

JuSt BLaZe 02-04-2012 03:30 PM

I like the idea that they give us the option to choose between "Earning Achievements in MP or SP". Good job on this one!

Snoop QC 02-04-2012 03:45 PM

Cool! Don't have to play multiplayer to get full gamerscore!

Norieaga 02-04-2012 03:47 PM

GREAT! So glad to see no Kinect achievements!

Rivercurse 02-04-2012 03:48 PM

Sounds like a really easy 1000 to be honest.

This was my thought exactly, I don't do multiplayer so I figured I was going to lose about half of the achievements. This is one of the reasons I only have 1 100% (I also can't be a jerk/evil and I don't like playing on the hardest difficulty because I play for enjoyment not frustration).

I agree. I guess it all depends on Insanity, but I'm not too worried about it. The list overall seems a bit uninspired, but I'm very impressed with how they handled the multiplayer achievements.

After Dragon Age 2 and the announcement of multiplayer in this game, I was really worried about BioWare. I just hope that this game restores some of my faith.

This is exactly what I thought. And i like how its heavy on the story based cheeves with limited kill xxx of enemy type achievements. The only real challenge being Insanity of course, which I'll tackle during maybe my 3rd or 4th playthrough. Then do it all over again on the PS3 version!:woop:

cjdavies 02-04-2012 04:50 PM

I like how they did that with the multiplayer, giving a choice.

No Kinect achievement was shocked it wasn't but at least you won't have to read posts about it.

TrishTheDish 02-04-2012 05:34 PM

I am still stunned there's no shoehorned Kinect achievements into this game. This almost feels like Christmas came WAY early this year!

nicky6314 02-04-2012 05:41 PM

Love how they handled the MP achievements. I'll definitely try it, but it's good to know that I can get all of them in SP anyway.

Slowhunt 02-04-2012 06:02 PM

Finally!! A developer has figured out how to do mp achievements.

This is done beautifully, I can now work at the achievements at my own pace instead of some mad rush to get the online done before everyone quits playing in 3 months.

I know right! Best game ever!!!

Smokiiz 02-04-2012 07:55 PM

Hmm... didn't play much ME1 or 2, but I may pick up this game. The cheevo list looks reasonable for someone new to the series, and I've heard great things about the game.
Good job so far.

Exactly! Absolutely delighted with the way they've done the list. Roll on March 9th!

Agreed, I think I will take the SP route on most of them.

koopakiller64 02-04-2012 10:47 PM

Love the achievements besides a few grinding ones, but they shouldn't take too long to complete. Just wish they filled in those spots with more unique achievements.

As grateful that i am that Bioware has done this, it almost makes you wonder if it was done on purpose from the backlash of the community about MP. One the other hand, by doing this, i can guarantee that there are a lot of people now who aren't going to touch MP.:p

Tai_MT 02-04-2012 10:49 PM

Mostly Singleplayer Questline stuff... I like that...

A few grinds, not bad, I can do that...

And the REALLY awesome option of doing all the multiplayer crap in SINGLEPLAYER!

Thank you Bioware. You didn't fuck something up!

LikedSilverJace 02-04-2012 11:01 PM

I agree with everyone that bioware handled the achievements extremely well. I almost feel bad about doubting them for a while.

Lonewolff 7 02-04-2012 11:59 PM

Finally someone has used their head when putting achievements together. Hopefully a few others might take notice and make the choice of MP or SP achievements more common. Give us the choice is all I ask.

Rooie Muppet 02-05-2012 12:36 AM

Seems pretty standard but thats fine with me, easy enough to get 1000, but still hard and long enough to not be a boosting 1000G.

weapon levels look pretty fun, hopefully singleplayer also levels your guns

The Splatterpus 02-05-2012 01:06 AM

I'm so happy they did Multiplayer OR Single player achievements. I'm not a huge multiplayer player (my internet is so terrible where I live) and even though I will give this MP a try, it is mass effect after all, its nice to know that I can still have my 1000 without having to ruin mine and others gaming experience because of my crappy internet and its lag-o-licousness.

Same here. So that I can enjoy the game a lil bit longer and more, instead of getting freaked out in MP.

Yaymez 02-05-2012 10:46 AM

This is exactly how all achievements should be constructed.

Gaming Industry take note, you've just witnessed history being made.

The first Triple A title with a multi-optional well balanced achievement list.

TheSletchman 02-05-2012 05:58 PM

Looks really good (especially options for Multi/Single player achievements). Just kinda let down by "kill x enemies" - so uninspiring. It's also weird in some ways: ME2 had Warp X Barriers, Overload X Shields and Burn X Armours - ME3 only has the Overload Shields achievement.

Also something to think about:
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f...7/UFD7whqx.jpg
Master and Commander (50 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/f.../site/gp-g.png) - Deliver most of the Galaxy at War assets to the final conflict.

Isn't "Galaxy at War" the multiplayer mode? If so you may need to play it for this one single achievement (at least to some extant). I could be wrong (and having all others having options suggests there will be other avenues to get this one), just putting it out there.

herms429 02-05-2012 06:06 PM

Yeah idk about that
