Is this game as easy and as short as the second game?
 
just got the game, i have played the second one soo just asking if this is any harder or not, thanks for any feedback

haven't played the second yet, but it wasn't that easy... hard achievement can be cheated, but you need a lot of patience for MP and boosting partners, also the storymode has a lot of not that easy achievements or they are kinda long.

Its a pretty good tough... dark, nice story, a bit free roam, the only thing a bit annoying is the slow walking of the character... Back in the days it didn't bother me but today when i replay it , it does.. guess cause we are more used to COD and all the running in new games

Except this is factually incorrect. For example, it isn't even up for debate that Jackie walks painfully slow in this game, and no option to sprint really sucks ass. Darkness 2 lets you move faster and sprint, and thus is better in that regard. Therefore, Darkness 1 is not better in every possible way.

They're both great games where you can have a lot of dark fun :)
Story wise it's cooler to play 1 and then 2 but not nessesary. It is fun though when done this way because there are links made in part 2 that you'll only get when you plaed the first part as well.
