I dislike this specially on the guide page, where I tend to read them one at a time sequentially, or when the info is all grouped on the first achievement of the batch, which is hidden if you use the check-boxes like I do.
I assume I'm on the minority here, so I'll edit to make it more appealing to the majority.
You can do it how you want, no problem in that. Just if you are going for the achievement and will automatically get them in a row, there's no real point in describing each and every one of them the same way but with a lower set goal. Get 5, get 10, get 25, get 50. You will obviously get everything else while going for 50
No need to have full explanations. What you can do, is tell people when to expect to get them. Like saying you should get the X amount of kills by X level.
