My country's laws don't give a fuck about Microsoft's little "no refunds" policy - they have to give me my money back if I have a valid complaint. I feel it's pretty important for people to know things like this and not just blindly believe greedy corporations.

You're pretty much signing a contract when downloading a game nowadays. Digital stuff is too expensive to be giving consumers an ultimatum.
im not sure if you would call it an ultimatum, my vocabulary isnt that broad making it difficult for me to think of a better word to describe it.
