Standards of Physical Perfection - 30 Campaign: Acquire all of the MI6 training modules.
There are 9 Training Modules. These can be bought under the Upgrade Shop - Training. All 9 will cost you 21,600 XP.
All That Glitters - 10 Earn a 3 star rating in any mission of the Challenges mode.
Challenger - 20 Earn a 1 star rating in each mission of the Challenges mode.
Shooting Star - 20 Get 30% of all available stars in the Challenges mode.
Star Struck - 40 Get 60% of all available stars in the Challenges mode.
Fascination with all things gold - 60 Get 100% of all available stars in the Challenges mode.
30% is 15 stars, 60% is 30 stars.

Everything or Nothing - 5 Complete all of the trials on any one level.
This is to get all 3 Trials (Operative, Agent, 007) in 1 level, not the entire mission. Meaning as soon as you complete all 3 in Goldfinger - Auric Enterprises it will unlock.
Above and Beyond a 00 - 30 Complete three of the '007' level trials.
You just need to finish three of the eight available.
More Than an Agent - 25 Complete six of the 'Agent' level trials.
You need six of the eight possible.
Extended Operative - 20 Complete eight of the 'Operative' level trials.
You need to complete all eight of the Operative trials.
You simply need to be at the difficulty or above to work on it. Meaning if you play on Agent you can unlock the Operative and Agent Trials, but will be unable to try for the 007 unless you play at 007 difficulty. Trials are completed as soon as you get the popup. You do NOT need to finish the entire level.
Goldfinger (Auric Enterprises)
(Operative) Accuracy: Keep your hit ratio above 90%.
Play on Operative and just run through everyone without firing. Do a takedown if someone gets in your way. When you get to the smelting area go stealth and kill everyone with the P99 Silenced and the Pavlov ASR Silenced sniper rifle to get some hits in. Then run through the end part and this will pop. Also shots on locks count against you so use your melee to open chests.
(Agent) Target: Shoot the 7 targets.
This is shown in my intel / targets video in the Goldfinger sections.
1 - After going through the first small building and you come outside again this is on a semi on the right.
2/3 - Back inside in the first main open area turn around towards where you entered and #2 is up high. Then continue and #3 is on the under side of the right circular balcony, right over the switch to open the bridge.
4 - This is on the right side of the glass control room you need to hack to continue.
5 - This is in the bottom right room in the smelting area with a intel piece.
6 - As you follow the gas up some stairs it is on the right in a small area at the top of the stairs with 2 guns leaning on the wall.
7 - As you escape this is on the right in one of the small cubbie's the enemyies come out of.
(007) Stealth: From the smelting room, reach Goldfinger's office without setting off an alert.
Here is a video to show this trial. Generally in the smelting room get the Pavlov ASR Silenced sniper rifle and hit the far targets one at a time. If you get seen, the screen will show an indicator that you have lost the challenge, reload the last checkpoint then.
Goldfinger (Fort Knox)
(Operative) Accuracy: Keep your hit ratio above 80%
(Agent) Elimination: Make 100 eliminations with the AK-47
(007) Subdue: Use Physical takedowns to subdue 10 enemies
Agent and 007 are fine to do at the same time. Most of the enemies use the AK so ammo is plentiful. I find keeping to the left side of the level up top gives you cover via the trucks and you can blitz out for takedowns and get back no problem. I unlocked the takedown outside the 100 AK elimin down in the vault with PLENTY of enemies left.
OHMSS (Alpine Valley)
(Operative) Accuracy: Keep your hit ratio above 15%
(Agent) Elimination: Make 7 eliminations with the Stauger
(007) Time: Complete the level within 3:55
I would go for Agent and 007 together. The level almost won't let you take longer that 3:55 as you'll lose sight of Teresa. 7 eliminations count for snowmobilers, the helicopter gunner, and the stationary guys so 7 is also very easy. I would go for Operative alone as all the accuracy trials are pretty insane. Did a run where I only burst the helicopter at the end and FAILED so you have to take out some snowmobilers for this to count. So do a short burst and if you miss any snowmobiles reload the checkpoint.
OHMSS (Blofeld's Lair)
(Operative) Time: Complete the level within 25 minutes and 30 seconds.
This includes all cutscenes and up until the very end of the mission. I had 2:55 left on the clock and I ran past as much as I could.
(Agent) Shoot the 7 targets.

(007) From the labs, reach Blofeld's office without setting off an alert.
License to Kill (Refinery)
(Operative) Time: Complete the level within 20 minutes.
(Agent) Specialist: Make 40 eliminations with the Walther P99. Making eliminations with other weapons will fail this trial.
(007) Stealth: Reach Sanchez's office without setting off an alert.
Die Another Day (Ice Hotel)
(Operative) Time: Complete the level within 24 minutes.
(Agent) Specialist: Make 50 eliminations with the STK-21 Commando. Making eliminations with other weapons will fail this trial.
(007) Stealth: Reach Graves' office without setting off an alert.
