If you start this game on any of your save files and have not yet obtained the achievement for collecting everything, the collectibles from the DLC will be implemented as well. This means you would have to then also collect all parts, logs, etc in the DLC as well as the main game.

Pure Lunacy 50
Complete Dead Space™ 3 Awakened in Pure Survival Mode.

Story related, can't be missed.

Start your game and choose the file you have "Pure Survival" on. If you have not played Pure Survival you will have to start a new save with that mode enabled. Choose Solo Campaign and then choose to play downloaded content.

I would highly suggest you play through the game on Pure Survival first so that you can benefit from your upgrades and weapons. Everything carries over. If you have the Devil Horns be prepared for an extremely easy playthrough. Check through the regular guide's roadmap to see more info about the Devil Horns.

Just the Tip 20
Awakened: Craft a weapon using a MK-II Weapon Tip.

If you have beat Dead Space 3 in Classic Mode, you will obtain MK-II tips. This could be your first achievement. All you have to do is go to a bench and apply it to any weapon it's available on (upper or lower tip).

If you have not beat Dead Space 3, you will not be able to obtain this in Pure Survival Mode. You will have to play the game on normal mode. There are 2 doors you need a torque bar for, so make sure you have the resources to make at least 1. The second room requiring the torque bar has a tip in it.

Heaven Can Wait 20
Awakened: Stasis your Co-Op partner when he is downed to slow his bleed out timer.

This must be done in Co-Op Mode. When your partner gets downed, use stasis on him/her. To do this, hold to aim at your partner, then press to stasis (as long as you have energy). This is the only achievement in the game that requires a second person to be in your game online.

Supercharger 20
Awakened: Finish charging the reactor in under 90 seconds.

You will activate zero gravity and see a reactor in the middle. It starts spinning. This is similar to the drill from the main game in which you must use stasis to slow it down, and then destroy the middle parts. There are valves you can spin on the side to release a type of bomb. Release it and stasis the reactor. Now kinesis and throw the bomb when the the reactor part is showing (the weak point in the middle). This will release a portion of the bottom to rise up and you must shoot it. If you are quick you only have to do this twice. Having a second person can help make this a lot faster.

If you miss this, you can reload your checkpoint or later on revisit this area quicker by using chapter select and selecting Chapter A3.

Secret Achievements

Bad Moon Rising 50

Complete Dead Space™ 3 Awakened.

Story related, can't be missed.

See "Pure Lunacy" achievement description.

Heretic 20
Awakened: Kill the Unitologist Cult Leader.

Near the end of Chapter A3, the Cult Leader will be on the ground. For this achievement you must shoot him. The achievement will be gained right away. You may reload your checkpoint to get the opposite achievement for letting him live. You do have to do the battle over again.

See "True Believer" description for the opposite outcome.

True Believer 20
Awakened: Allow the Unitologist Cult Leader to survive.

Near the end of Chapter A3, the Cult Leader will be on the ground. For this achievement you must walk past him to the elevator and let him live. The achievement will be gained when you activate the elevator. You may reload your checkpoint to get the opposite achievement for killing him after the achievement for letting him live unlocks. You do have to do the battle over again.

See "Heretic" description for the opposite outcome.

Get to the Chopper! 50
Awakened: Escape from Tau Volantis to the Terra Nova.

Story related, can't be missed.

You will get this while completing the story. It unlocks roughly halfway through.
