Patch Inbound

Kinda tight that they wait until they can do it for free, but good news is good news.

Quote:
Polytron founder Phil Fish announced the news on Twitter.

“Good news everyone: we’re going to patch Fez on XBLA,” he said.

“It’s going to take a few months, though. But we’re doing it,” he added.

Fez released on Xbox Live Arcade in April 2012, and was patched in June, Unfortunately, the update was found to cause save file corruption and Polytron rolled it back.

After some delay, the developer announced it would re-issue the update with no changes, because it would cost “tens of thousands of dollars” to re-certify the game thanks to Microsoft’s policies on patching.
Haven't started the game yet, so maybe now I can since I won't have to worry about game fucking up.
