Hyperman1992
Hey Tyger, Great guide Man! One thing though, In case 14 (The Black Caesar). After you have interrogated Fleetwood Morgan, and got all of the clues, it wasn't actually mentioned that you need to use a phone to actually get Jones' Booking Agency as a Location. Can you add this please (to avoid confusion)?

Fear Hal Jordan
Hope it gets finished. Sadly I'll have to go to IGN to 5 star the arson cases. :-/ But thanx for what you contributed!
hot12345
Yeah I'll be working on it the next couple days again, sorry for delays. I worked 8 straight days in a row and also just bought a new car so things have been semi hectic (I have been on a little bit and doing some boosting, just couldnt put the time in to do a full case and write a guide). Cases take me about 2 hours sometimes with having to do the writing and capturing gameplay. I double checked, it seems right to me. Did you collect the clues in a different order and have the questions listed differently? Sure, that's what I'm here for. This will be very helpful because i just ordered this game for $8 with free shipping I miss a few guides, Case: The consuls car

The door will be inactive and the player will be forced to restart the case. Location: Gulliver’s Travel Agency Upon arriving at the agency, you will talk to John Cunningham. He will provide a ledger where you will need to tap your finger on the Steffens family and the Sawyers family on the left hand page. After selecting the families' names, you will now interview him. Clue 4/16: Regulator Valve After discovering the valve, you will need to chase down Herbert Chapman, a known pyromaniac who is identified by Albert Lynch. You will have to chase down and tackle him, or wait until he has run out of stamina and fight him hand to hand. He is the first suspect in this case. Location: Suburban Redevelopment The site turns out to be an Elysian housing development work site. Enter the building to your left to discover a note from Leland Monroe on the desk. Clue 12/16: Clemens’ anarchist pamphlet Clue 13/16: Ryans anarchist pamphlet Clue 14/16: Mosquito Coils Mr Rasic will then lead you over to the three’s lockers. Stop him with a warning shot before he reaches his truck and flees. Easiest time to do this is right as he’s leaving the backyard area and crossing into the construction. Location: Ryan’s Worksite Another chase. Matthew Ryan will try to escape in his car. He’s a little crazy to follow at first but gets easier, be careful of his tight turns. Biggs will try to shoot out his tires but if he fails to stop Ryan, a tram will eventually run into Ryan's vehicle, causing it to roll and ending the chase. At times, the tram will not stop Ryan. Go to the phone to get the Elysian Fields Development address. You'll get a lovely phone call from your boss Location: Rancho Escondido You'll arrive to a cutscene. Immediately afterward you'll have to knock a few people out to trigger the end of the riot. After the riot has left you'll be able to look around. Walk up to the chimney and slightly to right and inspect. Clue 10/13: Poor Cement Quality Now go to Elysian Fields Development. Location: Elysian Fields Development Speak with the receptionist when you get there to get a meeting with Leland Monroe. firesilk
Case 19: House of Sticks ------------------------- Newspapers: 0 Clues: 11 Interview Questions: 3 ------------------------- Location: California Fire and Life This case starts out a little different. You're Jack Kelso. Now scroll down the letter. When you pull out the case file, read the paper behind the pink slip for the next clue. Clue 1/11: Settlement Letter Clue 2/11: Buchwalter Case File Interview: Elsa Lichtmann - Questions Question 1: Disrupted claim payout Assessment: (X) Doubt Evidence: N/A Question 2: Connection to Buchwalter Assessment: (X) Doubt Evidence: N/A Question 3: Motive to dispute Assessment: (A) Truth Evidence: N/A Clue 3/11: Slip of Paper Obtained automatically. Now follow the secretary upstairs to have a friendly chat with the boss man. Location: Elysian Fields Site Look Familiar? We were here earlier. When you arrive walk into the office and search for clues. One on the far left desk and the other two are on the far right desk. If you went into the office in the earlier case, you'll find the same memo. Clue 4/11: Cement Delivery Receipt Clue 5/11: Demolition Order Clue 6/11: Company Memo As you're leaving a man will tell you to buzz off, beat him up and he'll give up the next location. Location: Demolished House Go to the back left side of the house and inspect the red flag marker near where two guys are standing taking a smoking break (next to a pile of flammable wood I might add..) Correct piece is the bottom piece. Clue 7/11: Broken Wood Now run for you life. You can't just flat out outrun the bulldozer, and this may take a few attempts but the quickest way to end it is to jump up on the first larger platform (3rd obstacle) and turn around and shoot the guy. Took me about 3 tries to get it timed right. After that's over go to the telephone to get the next location. Location: Keystone Film Studios Talk with the security guard when you arrive. He will leave for lunch, so hop the fence to gain access. Take your first right, go past the horse and take a right again, then take a final right so that you see a bunch of piles of lumber . For the first clue check the short stack of lumber near the far fence and on the right. For the next clue check the stack opposite of that. Clue 8/11: Lumber Delivery Receipt Clue 9/11: Inferior Quality Lumber Now go back around the building and enter the screening room. Check the table directly to the right as you enter. Then open up the machine box and start the film for a puzzle. Clue 10/11: Film Canister Top Dial - Center Bottom Dial - One spot left of Center Flip the switch at the bottom and proceed to watch the film. Clue 11/11: Film Obtained by completing the puzzle. Leave the room, hop the fence and use the phone in the security hut. Location: The Blue Room A short cutscene will be shown. Afterwards you'll receive a new location. Location: Elysian Fields Site Two During the cutscene you notice a flickering light across the street. Go investigate, in the building and up the stairs to trigger the next scene. No matter how much you fight back, you will get whooped in the end and stuffed in a trunk. After you break free find the closest vehicle and drive. Now you must escape your pursuers. I found it fairly easy because I cut through some gas station parking lot took a hard left into an alley, no worries if you don't lose them immediately there's plenty of alleys in between and eventually you will lose them. You arrive at Elsa's apartment and after a cutscene case closes, 5 stars.
firesilk
Case 20: A Polite Invitation ------------------------- Newspapers: 1 Clues: 7 Interview Questions: 3 ------------------------- Location: Medical Clinic As Jack Kelso again you must endure some cutscenes. Clue 1/7: Inferior Lumber Clue 2/7: Redevelopment Fund Obtained automatically. Head downstairs, out the door and to the next location. Location: Curtis Benson's Apartment Check the mailboxes out front to learn his apartment is #2. It's up the stairs and to the left. After a short but sweet conversation, you are able to look around and get your clues. Check the desk beside the front door with a picture of a lady in green above it. Then check the glass dining table for the other. Clue 3/7: Insurance Agreement Clue 4/7: Share Certificate Now to interview the boss man himself. Interview: Curtis Benson - Questions Question 1: Motive for fraud Assessment: (Y) Lie Evidence: Share Certificate Question 2: Suburban Redevelopment Assessment: (Y) Lie Evidence: Insurance Agreement Question 3: Buchwalter Case Settlement Assessment: (X) Doubt Evidence: N/A Location: California Life and Fire Upon arrival take the elevator up and go into your office to find the case file sitting on your desk. Read the pink slip, tap the row labeled INDEPENDENT VALUATION (House & Land) for the first clue. Then check the top right of the blueprints for the longitude and latitude. Clue 5/7: Improved Land Value Clue 6/7: Buchwalter Case File Then a cutscene will automatically take over. You will appear outside the Hall of Records afterwards. Location: Hall of Records Enter the building and speak with the guard at the front desk. He will direct you to go upstairs. Go up the first part and take a left, its the first right. Once inside, the guy at the desk will take you the "S" shelf. Hit "A" on the vibration. Flip the page, and then tap the name "C.Sheldon" on the second page. He will then direct you to a nifty map. Adjust the dials appropriately. The left dial moves a little up, and the right dial, take it way to left. Then the guy will take you to an old fashioned calculator. Clue 7/7: Elysian Lot 1876988 Enter in : 1876988 Then : division button Enter in : 90 000 Then hit the golden lever on the right for your answer which is 20. He then informs you A = 0 so your number will be 21. The 21st letter of the alphabet is "U". Go to the shelf and inspect at the vibration. Second page, tap the lot number 1876988, owner being Randall Jones. A cutscene will take over and you will pull your gun out. Kill them all to proceed to the next cutscene. Location: Kelso's Apartment Simply answer the phone and obtain the next location. Location: Leland Monroe's Mansion When you arrive, some of your old buddies are waiting for you. Time for an infiltration. Kill all the guys in the courtyard but be careful and don't rush too much, your squad will take care of most of them. After you kill the first ones in the courtyard a second group will appear at the top of the steps. After clearing them out kick in the door and shoot the first two quickly before they kill you. Then head into the double doors behind the bear, aim immediately, kill him and continue. You will come across a lady with a gun. She will shoot you in the arm, but you only knock her out. Continue through the mansion shooting enemies (its fairly linear). Monroe will be in the room right after the bathroom. After shooting him in the leg you get to search his office. First check the safe for a few things: a green book with payroll information in it. Blank shares worth $400,000 each. Finally a file on Dr. Fontaine. Next, search the table behind the desk for a picture of the Suburban Redevelopment Fund as well as a newspaper. Finally check the folder on his desk for names of the people who wouldn't sell their houses. A cut-scene will occur and the case will finish.
