Merch
Does the game ever explicitly say that San Andreas is made up of only Los Santos and Blaine County? There's an ad for San Fierro at the airport. So is it on another landmass that comprises San Andreas or is there a separate state for the GTA verse equivalent of northern California? Inquiring minds want to know.
Robbo1991
I'm hoping that they bring DLC out for this game and add in Las vegas so you could do some sort of massive pay off by robbing the bellagio or cesars palace equivalent casino, because lets face it rockstar have made enough already on this game in the first week to be able to make a mint DLC for this game! SPOILER-read at your own risk [spoiler=robtmufc17] the mission where you go to dig up micheals grave and find brad's body, if your playing as trevor you have to fly to a certain point on the map , R* could do that if they where to add on LV or any other cities round LA Edited September 24, 2013 by Robbo1991

There are better ways to bound the map borders.

Hoping that GTA V was off a continent, not just some random ass Island middle of no where, look at GTA IV that was stupid, "three" mini islands... What where they thinking! Yes I knew its just a copy and paste to GTA 3 but c'mon! We gotta have "Fake" real life cities that "suppose" to look like another city and have it connect to land! Is L.A. an island? Maybe in Escape from L.A. Lol:rock
JORDAN K 95
i would really like new areas for DLC, the map is great at the moment. but like in the first mission and what robbo said, there is a snow area which you can only visit at certain points in the game

I'm guessing the self contained island works best for gameplay purposes. Having roads end in dead ends and destroyed bridges is very jarring. Surrounding the map with flat grassland or snow could maybe work instead? The North Yankton bit was pretty nice, I would like a GTA set in Denver or the midwest somewhere now.
