JmBusch Posted March 1, 2014 Share Posted March 1, 2014 Just make your body eat its own fat by cutting out carbs for 2 weeks. Eat healthy, fruits, veggies, dairies. Exercise will help (powerwalking, this game), but even if you didn't, I'm sure you would lose weight. Then eat carbs for 1-2 weeks (less if craving for carbs is satisfied), then stop for 2 weeks. It'll help. I know they say carbs are essential, so when you feel like you've kicked started your metabolism incorporate them back into your weekly diet. Your body will have been retaught to burn the carbs instead of storing them. If you're going to get fast food, take off one of the buns (usually the bottom one), or both! You will benefit from this quite a bit, or fast food is doing less damage to your health. And it's been awhile, how did it go, to the thread starter? Exercise and diet both are very useful tools for weight lose. Everyone should try these methods.
