I'll be honest I'd not seen it before either, wasn't on that Halo4 HaloOrbit armor collection picture that was doing the rounds. I think the armors looks much better in reality than the earlier promo images of them looked.

Heres a pretty neat glossy picture of all the armors, including this Raider one that seems to be unlocked by completing Spartan Ops.

I have the HAZOP gear via GameStop pre-order. Didn't know it was unlockable via normal means.

The waypoint link says to complete those Spartan Ops missions (which I have) and look for Section 3 news? Any clue as to where that is?

EDIT: Huge following for this Section 3 deal.

I think its kind of cool everyone running around in alternate armors, helmets and skins just makes it feel a little personal and livens the game up people looking different from each other.

Been rumors of a dlc pack that features the pre-order bonus content

It's called marketing.

Yeah, but I agree with him; it's a little ridiculous these days and most of these bonuses that are given away are just skins, etc. I pre-ordered at Gamestop and had SEVEN stinkin' codes on my receipt to input in order to unlock all of the bonuses. I know, it's free, but it's also stuff that could've just been available as unlockables from within the game.... and it would be far less annoying than having to input a bunch of stupid codes.
