I would rather have juggernaut in the game than painkiller.

 

And why they would take Eavesdrop out of this game is beyond me. This is when it would be used most! It would be on all of my classes.

 

Eavesdrop: Same as COD 4

 

Eavesdrop Pro: Increase radius, as well as being able to hit down on the d-pad to speak to the other team.

" Psssst I'm right behind you... SHANK!"

 

Human Spring: Allows you to jump higher, allowing you to reach more difficult areas.

Human Spring Pro: Obstacles that require mounting to go over, are now simply jumped over.

 

^completely random and pointless.

 

Memory: Radar blips from enemy fire stay on minimap longer.

Memory Pro: Suppressed fire withing a 10 yard radius of you will now appear on radar.

 

Unhealing Wounds: Enemies damaged by your fire will regenerate slower.

Unhealing Wounds Pro: Enemies you cause critical damage will receive a bleeding effect, preventing them from regenerating.

Special Delivery Pro - Steal enemy packages faster

 

Shades - Reduced Stun and Flashbang effect

Shades Pro - Flashbangs and Stuns have no effect

a lot of these are really unbalanced and/or stupid. anything that spawns you by an enemy is waaay overpowered. i do, however, like the weapon switching one and sharkskin.

 

here's one idea i have

 

MakeShift - Detect natural explosives

MakeShift Pro - Detect natural explosives + More damage to natural explosives

(3rd/Green Perk) it basically works like sitrep, only for natural explosives. So stuff like cars, barrels, etc. will illuminate in a red glow. MakeShift pro allows you to blow up those things quicker, so cars take less shots to explode and what not. You get MakeShift Pro by killing enemies with natural explosives.

Backpack pro would only work on quantum of solace

 

Why would it, When you place a Claymore/Tac insert/C4 you get the teams emblem above it but when an ememy see's them it has nothing, So the pro version would make it so the Claymores Etc. would have the enemys team emblem above them.

Spy- For limited time you have the same clothing and you are undetected behind enemy lines.

 

Spy Pro- You hear enemy talking no matter where they are at.

 

 

Wow, I did not see Deadly Moves post I just thought of mine I didn't get the idea from Deadly Moves.

Want Some ClayMORE?!: Receive an extra Claymore in loadout

Want Some ClayMORE?! Pro: Flash/Stun grenades do not temporarily blind claymores

 

Pro Version Unlocked: 50 Claymore kills

Challenge Completed and Emblem Unlocked: 250 Claymore Kills

 

I did this one because I sometimes miss an extra claymore when sniping, and thought the Pro version might be a nice deception.

 

Back In Action: Respawns are instant

Back In Action Pro: You Respawn in an area clear of Enemies/Killstreak Rewards and/or extreme proximity to allies (ala squad spawning from Battlefield: BC)

 

This may be something that would only apply to me, seeing as I hate the respawn system still. They didn't fix anything that sucked about it from the first game, and it's still frustrating. I hate the respawn times, or that I get respawned facing walls, near enemies. Sorry, rant over.

 

Pro Version Unlocked: 150 Deaths by Enemy

Challenge Completed and Emblem Unlocked: 500 Deaths by Enemy

 

Eagle Eye: Snipers are more easily seen with a telltale lens flare

Eagle Eye Pro: Scope Drift is lessened to a sizable degree

 

I know this may seem like a strange one, but when most of the games you play these days are dominated by snipers, this might help things out a little.

 

Pro Version Unlocked: 150 Sniper Kills

Challenge Completed and Emblem Unlocked: 300 Sniper Kills

So the enemy sees it as their own?

 

A bit OP I would think, then it would be come useless when people start shooting every explosive they see.

All those sound great, isnt shades off WaW too. Either way I would like all of those in the game. I like how you highlighted what tier they would be.

Naked - Enemy perks have no effect on you.

Naked Pro - Enemy perks have a ricochet effect upon themselves.

 

Using this perk would mean this was the only perk you were allowed to select. If an enemy were to shoot you with Stopping Power on while you're using Naked it would have the normal bullet damage effect without SP. If it were Naked Pro, your bullets would have Stopping Power damage to the enemy, likewise, if they had Last Stand on, you'd drop into Last Stand but if you shot them they wouldn't go into Last Stand, it would be almost like a perk & mix, you'd get to taste all the sweetness in the course of one game. Of course it would be completely impossible to make this work in the game most likely.

 

I also had a nice killstreak idea, rather than just a care package, what about a dummy care package? If the enemy opens it, a little jack in the box pops out, plays that ironic trumpet music and duly explodes in his face.

This setup is for fun :)

 

 

Inferno-When an enemy throws a semtex at you you disintegrate it

Inferno pro- When an enemy stabs you , they are inflicted lethal burns ( Killing them )

 

Cartridges-You have x2 as much ammo in your gun and when you pick up ammo with scavenger your gun reloads itself

Cartridges pro-You have unlimited ammo in your secondary weapon and your primary weapon has x3 ammo

 

 

Thick fat- You take x2 damage

Thick fat pro- You can not be killed by an explosive

This is great fun

We should make one for killstreaks to make up too. =)

 

Mine: Perk 1:

 

TERRORIST- All deployed explosives do not disappear when re spawned.

PRO- Any held explosives while in hand, will automatically detonate when killed or activated. Basically small javelin glitch/ overcooking nades.

 

Missle Spam- Equip you with only an ATS rocket launcher with 10 ammo.

PRO- Quick reload with ATS

 

Perk 2:

 

Revenge Hunter- Spawns you within the proximity of the person who kills you.

PRO- Person who kills you glows red when you are in proximity

 

Lies- Killcam and deathcam will have random fuzziness and skips.

PRO-Does not show your kills on the side of the screen.

 

Perk 3:

 

True Soldier- Gun will continue to fire until animation hits the ground (Sprays nearby, maybe killing a knifer)

PRO- The soldier will not scream like a little girl when killed and will say in a badass way, "MAN DOWN" when a teammate dies.

 

Ambush- Cover yourself with Camo until you move or get shot.

PRO- Camo explosive ordnance

 

Death Streak

RAMBO- Equip with LMG and never stop firing for 1 minute, then knifes only.

RAGE QUIT- Spawn with super speed and instant kills for 1 minute. Then automatically leaves game after death or time limit.

Eavesdrop is useless - if you see someone using it and your team is actually talking, tell them all to mute that guy.

Eagle Eye: Player sees a flash from a sniper scope like in the game.

Eagle Eye Pro: Enemy Snipers are seen as a thermal through a regular scope.

 

1887s: Enemies that have damaged you take longer to reload

1887s Pro: Disables Sleight of Hand perk for enemies.

 

Shinobi: Extended amount of Throwing knives

Shinobi Pro: allows disablement of enemy claymores and C4 (if not triggered)

 

 

 

Death Streaks:

Paranormal: 6 Deaths. Player runs with only a knife invisibly and kills an enemy then appears visible with weapons. Rank 40

 

Enemy Intel: 5 Deaths. Player sees enemies on radar for Thirty seconds without UAV. Rank 15
