Kazdan
Alright, I got two questions about this game: 1. After you have completed the main quest, can you still go back to explore the cities and do side-quests, for example collect the flags? 2. When I looked my map, there were a huge amount of blue dots everywhere in the map. What are they?

Captain Gir
yes you can go back...just wait til after the credits and just walk up the animus regularly...... the blue dots show up when you are being chased and they are just hiding places either hay, garden, or bench

Lokosis
that's what I was wondering. I just finished my first mission. The poor section of... forget the name.. But once I'm done do I visit the city sections later in the game, I'm guessing not. So that must mean I can go back into 'the matrix' and redo the things I've missed like the flags. Now for my question. When I do go back to redo a mission to get flags, does it clear everything else I've done. Like the 'high points' and villager rescues?
