Good job!

Just wish you had written this before I bought Smash TV.

However, for Robotron, you should change the info and actually put in the price. Not listing the information because of opinion seems a little obnoxious.

I'd also like to help out w/ the list - -

Joust

Game Rating - ****

Ease of Achievements - *

Replay Value - *****

Cost - 400 MS Points

A port of the classic arcade game, Joust is a coin-op game with a simple formula. You play a knight on a large bird jousting with other knights. Though the game starts out easy, as you complete each 'Wave', more enemies spawn and lava consumes platforms so staying safe becomes harder. The achievements are very difficult, and there are few that have legitimately completed the game.

Doom

Game Rating - *****

Ease of Achievements - **

Replay Value - ***

Cost - 800 MS

A port of the popular PC game that was originally played over large computer networks before online gaming. It's a very good port, with single player and online multiplayer. The achievements are a cross between beating single player on a high difficulty and getting several kills over the online MP, and depending on your skill level can be fairly easy or difficult.

I wanted to help out more, hopefully you see this!

Castlevania: SOTN

Game Rating: *****

Ease of Achievements - *

Replay Value - ***

Cost - 800 MS

Originally on the PS1, Castlevania: SOTN is a game in which you play Alucard, the son of Dracula, who sets out on a mission to stop Castlevania. The game takes place entirely in the castle, and reinvented the series by focusing on a sandbox playing style instead of the level up system. It's a very long game, even longer then some retail games you could purchase for the 360, so it's a bargain at 800 MS. You can get most of the achievements playing through the game, which you have to technically play twice, the second time in the "Inverted Castle", which is the same thing backwards. Depending on whether or not you played the game on the PS1, the achievements will be harder, because it can be very easy to get lost and not be able to find your current objective.

I like it. I always end of debating if I want a game or not, not as much now. If people post in here more on whether or not they really want an arcade game then that could avoid any topics like that in the arcade game section. I look forward to more and will be sure to look at this if I ever consider an arcade game soon.

That's the idea mate, this thing sort of works on a if one person really doesn't like it then maybe it is crap ethic. But the I do put an objective opinion underneath the Guide Links... :woop: So it's all good.

I think it's definitely still nice to have because that you can tell what kind of achievements there are and find out how difficult they are if you don't know because you don't have the game.

It could also be like at video stores, where they have employee's favorite movie sections. If one person finds they like a certain person's style, they can look for reviews by them, but I guess as of now they aren't credited individually, but I wouldn't actually change that.

Golden Axe

Game Rating - ****

Ease of Achievements - ****

Replay Value - ***

Cost - 400MSP

A classic hack and slash, side scrolling game, you run through levels button mashing to defeat hoards of enemys. Achivements are VERY easy to get, the only one that would cause trouble is finishing the game without using a continue. Altough short (finishable in around 30 mins) still extremely fun

Well worth the 400MS points if your into that type of classsic game.

One of the best side scrolling shooters available on Xbox Live Arcade! This game has four 3D levels with surprisingly amazing graphics. You and a friend can choose between four characters to shoot down wave after wave of enemies that attack you even from the background. Controls are fairly simple, left joystick to move, and right joystick to control fire. Achievements can be difficult depending on skill level, namely the four achievements you get for completing the game with each character without dying. Definetly a must have for any one looking for a great game with awesome graphics and gameplay, well worth the 10 dollars/pounds.

Great game for young children, other than that the game is very repetitive and easy. You start off as an angel fish and slowly move your way through 50 levels, each starting you at the bottom of the food chain. You eat other fish and get gradually bigger in size racking up points and lives all the while. Achievements are VERY simple, however are time consuming. Good graphics and humorous the first couple of levels and the first time you eat a shark! ;)

If your an RPG fan you will love this game. You can choose between 3 different characters, a warrior, an archer, and a sorceress. It has online and local co-op; the graphics look great and the game play is smooth as can be. An awesome feature of the game is the ability to turn into a large animal and wreak havoc. The achievements are all fairly easy to get, by the time you finish the game you should have all of them. The only negative I have for the game is that it is a little on the short side and definitely, leaves you wanting more. Overall a great game well worth the 800MSP.

Cost - FREE!!!

Aegis Wing is a side-scrolling shooter created by Microsoft interns, which is why it is free, where humans have to fight for their new planet against a race known as the Araxia. Aegis Wing is one of the best side-scrollers simply because of it's multiplayer gameplay. You can play with 3 other friends locally or over xbox live and all of the achievements are obtainable playing multiplayer. The gameplay is smooth and fun, you can join your airships together forming one more powerful one, with one player steering and the rest firing. There are also four power-ups you can get by destroying enemy ships: Seeking Missiles, Laser Beams, Bubble Shields, and a Vacuum that sucks away enemy fire and turns enemies into stationery targets. The achievements are simple enough to get except for ACE which requires a little more skill and a lot of luck, easy 175 points. A must have game, come on download it's free and a blast!

Game Rating - ***

Ease of Achievements - ****

Replay Value - ***

Cost - 800MSP

Boogie Bunnies is a puzzle game in which you have to pair up three or more of the same color bunny. The bunnies are all moving down screen until they drop in the water which causes you to lose. Graphics for the game are colorful, kids should love this game. The game is actually quite long, the achievements are obtainable, but require time (5-10 hours). You can play local co-op, co-op over xbox live, or just play one of three single player modes. Matching certain colors of bunnies gives certain effects: Cyan Bunnies make all the bunnies "boogie" increasing the amount of points for each combination, Red Bunnies cause an explosion which knocks out adjacent bunnies, Purple Bunnies knock out full columns and rows.

Not a bad game if you like puzzles, again children should have a blast with it, or wifes who enjoy a good puzzle game.

Gotcha, thanks haha, I wasn't even paying attention I was too busy trying to write the reviews sorry.

I've been trying to figure something out that I could contribute to the site, and I finally found something and got a "litttle" too excited haha

I changed the Omega Five review a bit, it was a poor review when I read through it hopefully it's good enough to not get shunned haha

In this game they mix RPG elements and Puzzles, now I'm not a big fan of puzzles but this game really surprise me the puzzles never seem to get annoying as the system is easy to grasp, If you've ever play the old game Bejeweled you'll notice a few similarities. But for me the great part of this game wasn't the puzzles it was the other elements you can choose a class, level up your skills, choose which allies you want to use (All of which have special bonuses), Train mounts, Capture people, and even take over cities (so if you can't tell there’s a lot to do). And to make this game even better the achievements almost all unlock as you play through the story or do the really easy stuff there is really only one challenging achievement in the game (Master Craftsman). But the bad thing about this game is the replay value after you finish this game you don't exactly feel a burning desire to play through it again but I think that first play through is definitely worth the points I've had more fun with this than I've had with a lot of Retail games.

I know you may not agree with this TC, but i think robotron is a quality game. i've spent countless hours on it trying to get to wave 10 (i can only get too wave 7) and there are actually 200 waves!!!! The game is hard, and sure dosen't have good graphics, but i find it really enjoyable. Whenever i start to egt bored with a retail game, i just hop on robotron. I also got it for free with a code anyway, and boy i would have paid about 100 points for this quality game :)

Wow, no ones done ones of Streets of Rage 2 or Castlevania?

I'd review, but I'm partially biased toward them. I will say that SoR2's netcode blows goats though. Horrible lag unless you have someone close (reminds me of playing the X-box version of Guilty Gear: XX: The Midnight Carnival: #Reload *try saying that three times fast*) to play with, or a good connection to host.
