TriRock
I realized it when collecting Aileen Wuornos that this isn't a coincidence.
JohnAizen
I never noticed that thats quite interesting but the question is why would they put serial killers ids as collectibles? lol
aardvarkgod
Like someone else mentioned, I fully expected a twist ending where the protagonist was a serial killer and all of the 'zombies' you kill in the game were actually real people. The diary also indicates a spiraling psyche and probably would have been a better ending to this game (though I liked the ending, it would seem that the 'twist' would have caught a lot of people of guard). Hard Way
I read the diary but didn't quite make that connection. Maybe, that would explain how he could justify ... haha. Wow, thanks for ruining the end of the game for me, dickhead. How about a fucking spoiler warning next time?
killa86
The serial killer connection is that in the PC version there is a Nightmare Mode with an alternate ending that reveals all of Randall's friends and fellow survivors were actually killed by him. He is the serial killer.

He is the serial killer. Fucking A. I knew it. Nice to have them actually go ahead and validate that for me. Those diary pages I mentioned really give it all away. Guy was a fucking lunatic. And I'm shocked that I was the only one that picked up on it.
Jardinho
I recognised Bundy, Dahmer and Gacy. Were they the 3 stooges of Hell on South Park?
SicklyPlague
I recognised Bundy, Dahmer and Gacy. Were they the 3 stooges of Hell on South Park? Not sure about Dahmer but i know Bundy and Gacy where. I picked up on the reference when i saw Gein, for those who do not know, he was the inspiration for the Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies. maverick68
I lived in New York at the time of the Son of Sam murders. I was 8 years old, and I spent many sleepless nights thinking he was living in the basement of our building. The laundry room was down there, and I would beg my mom not to go. Ah, memories. Lavindathar
Hmmm. I've seen the alternate ending, but as it wasn't included on the 360, and as it wasn't the main ending, I dunno, the tags felt a bit off. The original ending was better anyway, that he forgot due to trauma and is a good guy. Edited April 29, 2014 by Lavindathar
