DeadpoolBarron
I've just started the 30 day endurance programme but I work awkward hours so I often won't have chance to train on that day. anyone know how to change which days you can rest on? AiriZona11
I'm having the same problem I can't find any settings for the 30 day or 60 day programs.
EatSleepDreamAchievements
There doesn't appear to be any options to change the workout dates for the Programs. However, you can play disconnected from Xbox LIVE and manually change the console's System date(s) from within the Clock Settings in the System Settings section to whatever dates you are suppose to be working out on. It's also good for when you miss a day(s) and don't want to lose your progress for the Achievement(s).

Eludingkarma
The game will always give the 4th and 7th day off. You can't choose the days so just start the program on a day of the week that makes the days off fall on the days you want. I waited and started a program on a Friday so that I could have Mon. and Thurs. off.
