WaahhJedi
I'm having difficulty landing the combos correctly. They say to hit the next button in the combo string after the first hit lands but trying to follow the flow of the buttons at the bottom of the screen is difficult with so many enemies around. Are the combo strings similar to Onechanbara in that you have to physically time a hit once your move lands or is it a simple manner of just 123? Sorry if this sounds silly but I can't really find a correct "flow".
WORLDEATER
The combos are timed, you can't input all the buttons fast and expect the combo to go through. All combos have the same timing and dodging attacks don't disrupt your combo. Although dodging will disrupt your timing inputting attacks.
Jack Frost
Although dodging will disrupt your timing inputting attacks. If it helps, you must continue the Combo before Nilin finishes the dodge or it'll break.
WaahhJedi
Thanks for the help. I think I'm getting better. But dodging does make it more difficult.
Tyger7
You can spam the next button in the combo and when it turns color spam the next. Dodge works like this. Pressing A then spaming the next combo. What ruins a combo is directional dodging. So don't press your analogue stick when dodging to continue the combo.
LoIQ
Also, don't pay as much attention to the button combo display at the bottom of the screen. Pay attention to Nilin's animation at hit the next button right after she strikes. I just keep more of a peripheral look at the combo bar to make sure I didn't lose my chain. WaahhJedi
I appreciate the tips. I'm doing much better now. But the bosses are terribly difficult.
