Collectibles Guide

Guide created by Auburok and IDiivil.

Not to be redistributed without explicit, written permission from the authors.

Also see our achievement guide at: http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=313522

PLEASE NOTE: This guide does not have secret rooms, treasure chests, or specific rare weapon container locations. This guide is made solely to help you with the achievements regarding crystal shards, deathstone corpses, prisoners, and dragon's tears. Secret rooms and treasure chests are only mentioned in connection with the above.

I also have noted some opportune moments to get achievements such as with Not On My Watch, Kaboom, and etc to help you along the story. If you want specific help with any achievements, please refer to my achievement guide by clicking on the underlined words.

Please also keep in mind to pick up crystal shards dropped by enemies. These count towards the achievement.

PROLOGUE

Collectibles Here

Crystal Shards: 3 iirc - need to get this checked. The only missable one is in the secret area described below.

Dragon's Tears: 0

Deathstones (Dead Guys): 1

Prisoners: 0

Prologue is surprisingly easy. I'm not going to detail the few crystals and dead guy you find along the main route as they are not hidden (in fact, the game even tells you to check them), but there is one secret area.

To find this, load up the last chapter of the prologue. Continue on until you fall down the pit into the darkness. Once you clear everything out here, look to the statues until you find one that can be pushed.

Follow the newly revealed path and get the one hidden crystal in this chapter.

CHAPTER ONE - MAPS PROVIDED AT BOTTOM

Please note the numbers (1.1, etc) coincide with the map numbers at the bottom.

Collectibles Here

Crystal Shards: 11

Dragon's Tears: 3

Deathstones (Dead Guys): 4

Prisoners: 5 (the official guide says there's six, but they don't have six marked on the maps. I still need to double check this)

1.1

House immediately to right upon map spawning. Shoot down the sign. Go inside. Crystal here.

Through first door into Town Entrance two.

1.1.2

Immediate Dragon's Tear to right upon entry.

Continue down corridor. After killing the kneeled wargar, a chance to get the achievement for NOT ON MY WATCH comes up. Refer to my achievement guide for more information.

Upon turning the corner, a prisoner is available to shoot down.

Follow the turns. A dead body can be seen once you come into your next battle area (has barriers and house which wargar emerge from). The dead body is in a small opening/alleyway to your right.

Enter the house. Go through it. You then come across a balancing beam. Cross it.

Continue across the platforms until you see an almost caged-off looking house to your left. Go to it. Knock off the sign above the door to the house to enter it. Two elite weapons are available to you. Your chance to get the achievement ALL THAT AND A BAG OF CHIPS is here. Reference achievement guide for more information.

Go back to the intersection. Turn right to where you are getting shot by wargar.

Continue forward. Don't go down the stairs. You'll find a crystal.

Go down the stairs. Kill the wargar attacking you.

Continue until you go through the next door.

1.1.3

Free the prisoner in front of you.

A cutscene will occur regarding explosives.

Go through the house. Kill the wargar. Drop down onto the ground.

Go into your next house.

Go up two flights of stairs. Look off the open edge to the left. You'll see an explosive barrel behind a wall and a crystal. Shoot the barrel and claim your crystal.

1.2 Smithy

Go back through the house and follow the spirit guide aka storyline path until you drop down. On the right side, you should see a house now. Shoot the signpost so it swings through the doorway. You should have another prisoner.

Engage in battle.

When you finish, you should be past the big bonfire. A crystal should be to your top right in the corner. It's right at the exit.

Go through the exit. Go through the door (I know you see the dragon's tear. Ignore it for now).

You are now in the wet corridors. Follow the twists and turns until you reach a fire. Light your arrow as E'lara and turn on the brazier to your right on the ceiling. Go through the opened secret section. Dragon's tear in the hall.

Keep your fire as E'lara (you may have to relight it).

Solve the riddle puzzle given to you by the stone head (stand on the button and shoot his now open eye with the flame).

Go down the now revealed stairs. Get the three crystals and etc. Enemies spawn. Two more epic weapons here for your weapons achievement (including LIKE BUTTER) if desired.

Big skeleton at the top of the stairs when you are leaving.

Continue back the way you came. You'll re-enter the wet corridors. Follow the spirit guide out of them and into the next area.

Fight your wargar. Go to the square thing and turn left.

DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DOOR. Instead, go into the barn-like thing and go to the very back (slip between the cart and the stair for the first, then use the cart as cover and jump over it for the second). You should now be standing near a fire on the ground to your right. Turn the corner.

You'll see a prisoner.

Go back and through the door.

1.3 Dyfed Inn

Continue through the linear corridors.

Cutscene about prisoners.

Fight the spiders. Ew.

Guard talks to you once you finish and go through.

Keeeeeep going through.

Go through the door.

Fight the wargar. Light E'lara's arrow on fire once you finish and shoot the hay bale on the bridge. Have Caddoc push it off.

Walk across the beam together.

Fight the wargar. Blow up the explosives nearby when you finish (keep in mind that, if you gather enemies nearby, you can work towards your kill 20 with explosives achievement).

Go all the way up now and blow up the bridge.

Continue until your next checkpoint. No door this time.

Go up until you come to your skills allocator portal (the white floaty thing). Look to your right. Talk to the dead guy.

Go through the door.

1.3.2

Fight the ballistae stuff. Watch the cutscene when you are all finished.

Go through the hole, as per the spirit path suggests.

Fight the enemies (spiders and wargar). Fight the sniper.

Now, when you finish, in the building below the sniper is a sign. When that breaks open, shoot the explosives inside, shoot more of them, then go and investigate the open wall section. You should get a crystal here.

All done. Follow the path and go through the door.

1.3.3

New area. Kill all the wargar. Run up the far stairs, but instead of turning right, go left and/or straight (depends on which set of stairs you climbed) and go to the very back. You should see a plaque and a cart.

Push the cart as Caddoc and have E'lara light her arrow.

Go back to the open court area and shoot the brazier to your right held by the statue.

Dragon's tear number three. Also the last one for this chapter.

Go through a pass-through area. You'll see what I mean.

One of those press B partner places, anyways.

Cutscene.

1.4 Town Center

Big battle.

Keep going, keep going, keep going.

Mount the ballistae. Rape some bitches. Break down the tower with the ballistae whenever you want. With all the big shielded guys that come down, though, this is a great time to grind the achievement YOU BROKE IT, THEY BOUGHT IT.

Cutscene with the Mayor when you finish.

1.5 City Exit

Follow the path until you reach the obelisk. Look around.

Hit up the dead body. Note the unlit brazier nearby.

Keep straight at the intersection. Listen to the stone head. Light your arrow at the fire nearby.

Go back to mentioned brazier. Light it up.

Go through the newly opened door.

1.5.2

You see a tomb. Cool.

Go to the back of the room. Turn right. Read the plaque.

Collect the runes. The first one (red) is next to the plaque nearby.

Take the bend. Go straight. DO NOT TURN LEFT. Instead, have Caddoc push the wall.

Go down the stairs. Watch for the trap.

Yellow runestone at the mouth of the next cave. Take note of the azure light. Light your arrow and continue forward until another secret door opens. Have Caddoc kill the waiting skeleton.

Take a left. Light the brazier through the gates. Should be on your right as you continue on.

Secret wall opens. Go in.

Purple rune here. The guide says a crystal is here, but we didn't find one.

Leave the room to the corridor where you are staring at the purple brazier. Turn right and smack into the wall.

Push this wall.

Watch for the trap.

Green rune in this room. Bad skeleton waiting when you grab it.

Go over the platform (wooden thing on the floor) as you leave. Leave the room. Take your first left. Crystal here.

Step out back into the main corridor. Turn left. You should fall back into the main room with the tomb now.

Go to the locked door. Fight ensues. Pick up the blue orb the boss drops.

Go inside. Two epic weapon containers. Relight your arrow on the azure light here that, oh, you lit earlier!

Turn 180. Run straight. Take a right when you emerge back at the obelisk room. Run straight again.

Mean skeleton waiting.

Light the eye of the stone head. Go inside. Go through the door.

1.6 Keep Entrance

Go through the linear corridor. When you reach the hill, go up it, turn left, and walk up to the barn. Be a dear and free the prisoner there, won't you?

Turn around and head towards the lit fire and what looks to be a dead end.

Battle.

Go inside.

Go straight. Turn right through the open hole in the barn and talk to the dead guy.

Turn 180. Run straight back through the hole into the small, open section. Crystal.

Go upstairs.

Follow the path around as per the spirit guide.

Jump down.

Go into the field.

Continue through to the door. Go through it.

1.6.1

Directly to your left is a crystal.

End of level boss fight. Chapter One for Collectibles - DONE.

CHAPTER TWO - MAPS PROVIDED AT BOTTOM

Please note the numbers (2.1, etc) coincide with the map numbers at the bottom.

Collectibles Here

Crystal Shards: 14

Dragon's Tears: 3

Deathstones (Dead Guys): 13

Prisoners: 7

2.1 Well of Sorrows

Continue through the entire beginning of the chapter until you hear the cries of a prisoner. Look through the cracks directly in front of you and free him.

Keep going forward until you encounter wargar. Nearby is a dead guy.

Another opportunity to free the same prisoner as before is available as you continue forward.

Go through the door at the end.

2.1.2

Fight the wargar and cross into the big arena-like area. You'll know when you're there since you'll see a cutscene of wargar coming out of gates.

Once you kill the wargar in the arena-like area, face the door your spirit guide wants to go through. Turn left, go forward, and go through that door instead.

Once inside the door, you'll find a crystal here.

Go back to the arena and face the door the spirit guide wants you to go through again. Go right.

Go up the stairs and talk to the dead guy. Go through the door at the top and light your arrow as E'lara.

Go downstairs and turn left when possible. You'll see a barred off door. Look to the left of it through the cracks. Light the brazier through the cracks with your previously lit arrow.

The door will open. A rare weapon case and a crystal will be awaiting you.

Go out and go through the main spirit guide door that I've had you keep staring at for directional purposes.

2.1.3

Go left at the intersection. A dead guy is at the bend. Talk to him and see what he has to say.

The path before you is very dark. Light the brazier above you and sprint to the bottom. Jump down into the hole.

After falling down, turn 180 and look in the leftmost corner. Glowing in the darkness is another dead guy.

Go to the center of the main room (where you fell) and look for a fire in a hallway. A boarded off section should be visible. A dragon's tear is behind it.

Go down the stairs once you get your tear.

Crypt of Eternity

Continue forward now until you reach a large book. Read it. Take either path forward. No collectibles here. Circle around the pathway until you reach a platform. Get on it (it'll activate with a purple light when you stand on it with both characters).

Hit the bell ahead of you with an arrow. Hit the bell on the right now. Step off and go straight.

... 'ehehehe.

You'll come into a clearing at the end of the path. Open the chests. Get the key in the chest.

Go back to the platform.

Hit the bell to the front of you, then the bell to your left. You should be back where you originally came from. Open the door directly in front of you and get the heart from the chest.

Return to the platform. Hit the bell in front of you, then the one to your left, then the bell in front of you again.

Go down the path. Take your first right. Kill the skeleton and watch out for the trap as you continue forward.

Turn left at the room, down the hallway, to an open room with a button on the floor. Have Caddoc stand on the button, light your arrow as E'lara on the newly formed flame, then shoot the corpse in the room. Get the ashes.

Go back to the platform. Hit the bell to your left. Hit the bell forward, then the next bell forward. Get off on the new path.

Talk to the stone head. You should have the heart already for his riddle. If not, you know how to get it.

Walk to the center of the room and tell your partner to step on the button. Claim the last bit of ashes and fight the skeletons.

Go back to the platform. Hit the bell in front of you, then the next bell in front of you, then the bell to the right, then the bell to your left.

You should be back where you started at the beginning of the crypt. Follow the path back to the large book you saw.

You should raise up to see a bunch of treasure. Two crystals and some rare weapon containers.

Turn around and go back up to where you entered the crypts to begin with (where the dragon's tear was, just to be clear).

Go through the door.

2.1.4

Light the brazier and run down the path until you jump down to a lower level. You'll encounter a ton of spiders here. Once you finish, look around for a dead guy.

Navigate your way into the other half of the room past the debris and go through the door. Use the spirit guide if you can't figure out what I'm talking about.

2.2 Prison

Run around. Cutscene "Thank the Gods."

Go to a large prison area once you finish the cutscene by slipping through the walls (B button stuff). Just follow the spirit guide.

Jump down.

You are now in the large prison area. Fight the wargar.

When you finish, search both sides of the walls where you see all the cells and look for a lever on either side.

You'll get two prisoners freed here and a dead guy for your troubles. A rare weapon container is also available here.

Follow the spirit guide and turn the wheel thing (winch) to open up the gate. Go through and fight the wargar.

Go upstairs. You are now on the prison's second story.

2.2.2

Follow the path until you see the prisoner in his cell.

Turn left and go to the dead end. Hit the lever free him with an arrow.

You are not done yet.

Go straight ahead and follow the voice of another prisoner. Free him too.

As you are going back, stand on the round design button on the floor near the railing and look across to see the opened gate. Shoot the skull inside, which opens the cell below for the dragon's tear.

Go downstairs, claim the tear, then follow the spirit guide through the last winch.

Use the wheel thing (winch) near the stairs and go through to continue on in the story.

2.2.3

Follow the path around and go through the door.

Follow the bend and go up the stairs. There's a small opening in the wall. Break the boarded up area and claim the crystal. Return to the main path and continue upwards and fight the wargar.

At the very end, go TO the door BUT DO NOT go through it.

Instead, turn around and take a right. To your right is a secret door. To open it, look directly up and shoot the three skulls to the left of the secret wall.

Inside the secret room is a dead guy. Do not leave yet though. Have Caddoc push the wall near the corpse, revealing a crystal.

Now you can leave this area through the aforementioned door.

2.3 Crane Room

Send one player down the lift and have the other player activate. The one down below needs to look for an explosive set (down the wooden steps and into the hole).

Shoot the explosives. Now both players are downstairs where they need to be. This is where you can get KABOOM and RAMPAGE.

Follow the spirit guide.

"I think we're heading straight to hell."

Look to the right and talk to the dead guy as you continue down the path. If you passed the obelisk, you went too far.

Follow the spirit guide and jump across the fire to spiders. Kill them.

Spirit guide to the door. Go through.

2.4 Descent

A cutscene with a sight of something huge.

"... have to draw the line somewhere."

Go down the stairs. When you hit the first landing, look along the wall to your right for an opening. Go all the way back into it and talk to the dead guy.

Continue down the stairs.

Go through the door.

"AHH, what are you doing here?!"

Go through the door. Fight the wargar.

Continue down.

Cross the beam together.

Continue down. Go through the door.

CHAPTER TWO CONTINUED

2.4.2

Cutscene.

"... I sure as hell don't want to come across the King."

Follow the spirit guide, battle, keep going down, and go through the door.

2.4.3

Cutscene.

"... take the bridges one at a time."

Continue through the game as directed by the spirit guide.

Go through the door at the very end.

Go to the very bottom of the stairs and talk to the dead guy. Turn around and observe the explosives. Blow them up for a crystal.

Follow the spirit guide and exit under the remains of a door (B button partner stuff as always).

2.4.4

Prisoner to your right. Free him.

Go down. When you hit the landing, look to your right. You should see a gargoyle like statue overlooking the scenery.

Walk beside him and aim your arrow and hit the explosives.

Keep going down now per the spirit guide.

Follow the path and keep an eye on your right. Talk to the dead guy. You'll also see an opening in the wall made earlier by your explosion. Collect the crystal and the dragon's tear and whatever else here.

Return to the main spirit guide path.

Talk to the other dead guy on the right who tells you about the secret treasure you just uncovered.

B partner under the broken beams.

"Do you think it saw us?"

"It was a giant eye. What do you think?"

Continue through the rest of the path as per the spirit guide.

Go through the door. Pass the obelisk and keep going.

Go through the crack in the wall.

"This place is like a maze. We may never find them."

2.5 Ballista City

Fight the ballista and everything in this room.

Continue through the path. Go up the stairs.

Go through the door.

As soon as you come through, turn 180 and look at the top of the door. Shoot the skull.

(Kill the wargar. If you moved ahead, just go back to where you started).

Go down the stairs nearby. Turn right. Free the prisoner.

Right to the left of the prisoner is an explosive. Blow it up. Go through the now open area and shoot the skull on the circular design.

Turn 180. Go straight. Walk past the two pillars/walls on your right. Towards the right, then, is a skull on the wall (you should see a door by it). Shoot that.

Continue on the path and turn left. You'll find a barred door with one last beam. Shoot the skull on the door to remove it and enter.

Crystal here and other stuff.

Return to the main spirit path and leave through the door.

Fight the wargar. Go to the big spider husk in the center of the room. Pull the lever to the left of it.

2.5.2

B through the crack in the wall.

Go straight ahead and bust through the boarded section of the wall.

New Objective: Catacombs

Catacombs

Go down the stairs and fall down the hole to your right.

Kill the spiders.

Follow the path and get the crystal. Drop back down to the room with the obelisk.

Turn right and go down the path.

Crypt here. It's rather familiar.

Go around it and stand on either switch on the ground in front of the braziers.

Go inside and down to the stone head.

At the stone head, turn left and go down either path on the right (they lead to the same area).

Catacombs Lower Level

"This place is huge."

Go down the stairs and keep following the path until you see a door surrounded by skulls. Go right and down the path until your characters mention water and/or you see the waterfall.

Go to the back of the room until you get to a large crank switch (looks kind of phallic - stoney). Turn it. This turns the water off.

Have E'lara light her arrow on the brazier where you originally entered this room and shoot the brazier that was originally blocked by the water.

Go through the now open door and down.

Claim the skull at the end of the path. Go back up to the door surrounded by skulls I mentioned just above.

The door will now open. Go inside.

Two crystals to claim here and the living flower to solve the riddle of the stone head.

Go back to the stone head. He'll take the flower. Pull the switch inside.

Turn 180. Go to the crypt.

"This feels too easy."

Battle time. When you finish, pick up the yellow orb. You should also have a blue orb from chapter one.

Back to the main story, now. The spirit guide is bugged for Auburok and I at this point, so I'll detail how to return to the main route.

Go all the way up the ramp. When you see the obelisk, take the path to the left near the hole (don't fall into it). Head up. When you pass through the boarded area, turn right.

Refer back to map 2.5.2 again now. You are done with the catacombs.

2.5.2

Continue through the game until you drop down near an obelisk. Dead guy here.

Go through the door.

2.6 Spider Lair

Discussion about sleg. If this is your first playthrough, don't drink it and refer to my achievement guide for more information.

Fight and kill all the wargar.

Go through the newly opened door.

Cutscene. Battle about mutant wargar. Kill everyone.

Another cutscene involving the deathstone and a little information about what's going on.

Leave following the spirit guide.

Look for the crystal after you go down the brief elevator like thing from the room before. Jump down now.

Continue on the path. Claim the next crystal right in front of you.

2.6.2

Boss battle. You are done with collectibles for Chapter Two. Congratulations. Four more to go!

CHAPTER THREE - MAPS PROVIDED AT BOTTOM

Please note the numbers (3.1, etc) coincide with the map numbers at the bottom.

Collectibles Here

Crystal Shards: 14

Dragon's Tears: 2

Deathstones (Dead Guys): 12

Prisoners: 15 (Prima guide says 6. Totally wrong)

3.1 Bridges

Cross the bridge. When you hit the first large patch of grass, you'll find a wargar and your first prisoner. Kill one, free the other. Continue across the second bridge.

Go under the tree with the B button partner stuff.

Continue forward. When you pass the obelisk, another prisoner will be to your left.

3.1.2

Follow the spirit guide until you reach a cutscene.

"A few of us got free."

After the cutscene, look directly in front of you at some strange-looking grass. Cut it down and move forward. You will find a dead guy.

Look up once you finish. Shoot the explosive above you, which forms a bridge. Go across it. Crystal here.

Follow the spirit guide once more.

3.1.3

"Enough tactics, Caddoc. Let's just kill him."

Fight through the wargar, mount the catapult, and take out the rubble to your left.

Go into the newly formed entrance.

3.2 Descent

As you go down the path per the spirit guide, keep an eye out to your right. A dead guy should be found down a small opening.

Continue with the spirit guide.

3.2.2

After fighting your first set of wargar, you come across an intersection where you can go down a hill or turn left into a cave-like area. Turn left and go into the cave-like area and you will find a crystal towards the right.

Return to the main path.

After crossing the bridge, turn right into the cave behind the waterfall. You will find a crystal.

Return to the main path.

When you jump down onto a grassy path, keep an eye on the left for a cave. Go into it and free the prisoner there.

Continue forward. Kill the wargar.

Pass the sleg area. More wargar. Go through the door.

3.2.3

Dead guy to your right.

Jump down.

"Wargar camp. Big one."

Go into the cave and follow the path to the very back.

You'll see a prisoner in a boarded up cell. Break the boards open. Peredur is now free.

Return back to the entrance. The bridge should be down via a cutscene. Go through it.

Once you go past the bridge, hang to the right. You should see a crystal pretty immediately in a structure.

Follow the path forward. Obelisk. Continue forward until you see the door. Rather than go through it, though, look to the boarded up section to the right and break through it. You'll now reach the Lost Temple.

Lost Temple

Go forward into the field. When you reach a dead end, look for suspicious looking grass to cut with your sword on the right.

Dead guy just past the cut grass near an unlit campfire.

Nearby is a B partner area in the grass. Go through it.

Follow the path up. You'll find more ruins. There will be two raised stone switches on either side. Stand on them and the way into the ruins will open.

Talk to the stone head.

Once you hear the riddle, head back down to the path and jump down. Go left and cut through the grass, then cut the grass immediately to the right. Pick up the blue flowers.

Head back to the unlit campfire and cut the grass to the right. Look up at the tree and shoot the black bird in the branches. Pick up the feather.

Continue forward to the suspicious grass and cut it. Go into the cave and head to the pillar in the middle. Circle around it and pick up the orange stone.

Head back to the campfire and light it. Light E'lara's arrow in the fire and go back through the B partner area.

Return to the stone head and light his eye with the arrow.

Collect the two crystals inside the stone head.

Return back to the main route by leaving this area and going through the door mentioned before the Lost Temple section of this guide.

3.3 Encampment

Go under the stone arch and to the left. In a small clearing is a dragon's tear by the rocks. If you've reached the prisoner, you went too far.

Return to the path. Aforementioned prisoner is here to free in admist wargar.

WARNING: Do not allow the wargar to kill any prisoners are you free them, or they will not count towards your total freed.

Continue forward. Another prisoner here to your right at the next section of the camp.

Go forward some more. Two prisoners here in this section of the camp. One on the left, one on the right.

Three more prisoners in the next section.

Four prisoners in the last section.

Before you go through the gate, look to your left at some grass. Cut it. Crystal here.

Go through the crack in the rocks. B partner stuff.

3.3.2

Go forward. Almost directly to your right is a dead guy. If you went into the ruins, you went too far.

Follow the spirit guide.

3.3.3

Follow the spirit guide until you reach your next big battle. Kill the guys on the catapults. Go into the next set of ruins.

Dead guy directly to your right in a small alcove.

3.4 Temple Puzzle

Continue forward. Once you hit the watery area, look at the corners for a crystal. If you hit the white portal thing, you went too far.

Follow the spirit guide.

Go through the door.

Use the winch to lift up the bridge. Run to the right of the area and blow up the explosives near the rubble pinning down chain.

Go up the newly raised platform by utilizing balance on both characters. Do this again (and be careful with all the fire from the enemies who appear now) and go up more.

Follow the spirit guide if you have trouble.

Before the long corridor of stairs, look to your left. Down a small flight of stairs is a dead guy.

You don't need to drop down off this top level to do the quest posed to you by the dead guy. Look around the area for four black crows. Kill them.

Go back and talk to the dead guy.

Go into the long corridor of stairs. When you hit the first landing, look to the wall on your left. Secret room here and a dragon's tear.

Go through the door.

Follow the spirit guide until you reach the next door. Go through it.

3.4.2

Cutscene. New enemy introduced. Kill it and follow the spirit guide up the stairs.

Another cutscene.

"I had my suspicions."

Destroy the statue in this next area (to the left if you face where you need to go per spirit guide). Use the fire spell to do so - it's easiest for that. A minotaur also works if you don't have the fire spell equipped. Crystal here regardless of how you do it.

Go into the ruins. Go past the obelisk. You'll come across a hazy battle area with collapsing floors. Once you get to the very end, turn right. Dead guy.

Turn 180. Go down the hallway. Follow the spirit guide if you need to.

Go through the door.

3.5 Temple Slope

Catapults. Kill the incoming minotaur with them.

Follow the spirit guide. Go through the crack in the cliff. B partner stuff.

CHAPTER THREE CONTINUED

3.5.2

Keep following the path until you see a dead guy against the ridge. Talk to him, then look to the left of the corpse and cut the suspicious grass there.

Follow the ridge up and talk to another dead guy.

Return back to the main spirit guide path.

3.5.3

Cutscene.

"You must stop them!"

Sleg battle.

Follow the spirit guide to the obelisk. Skip the plaque for now and go forward. Keep an eye on the right. When you see an opening, go inside it and smash open the boarded up doorway.

Watery Depths

Go straight. Light E'lara's arrow in the fire. Go right.

Talk to the dead guy.

Turn 180. Go left and up. Read the book and look past it to the suspicious looking wall. Push it with Caddoc.

Get the key to your right.

Go all the way back to the dead body. Turn 180 and go straight. Pay attention to your right.

When you see a gated off, more lit section down a small hallway to your right, go to it. Open it with your key.

You now see a stone head throwing up water onto a pile of logs. Go around the wooden platform and keep an eye on your left. You should see a pathway down into a lit section.

Turn the winch (phallic shaped stone thing) in this path.

The stone head should stop throwing up water onto the logs. Light the logs with E'lara's arrow. There is another brazier of fire in this area (at the end of the platforms) if E'lara lost her flame.

The stone head will talk. Go through the newly opened gate at the end of the wooden platforms near the brazier.

Greenish light and a chasm. Look across the gloom to the other side with E'lara's lit fire arrow and fire when your pointer thing turns green and/or when you see the brazier.

Step on the button to your right that just appeared. A path will form to the other side. One character will need to remain on the button while the other crosses.

When you cross the path, kill the skeletons and look to the left. Pull the lever to seal the bridge across the chasm.

With either a lit arrow or the fire spell, now, burn down all the banners/tapestries. Two of them will lead into secret rooms (one on the left, one on the right). One of them (the one near the lever to your left) will contain a crystal.

Return all the way back to where you found the dead guy at the beginning of the watery depths. Before you reach him, look to your left. There is a path into the darkness going down. Go.

Follow the path downwards. Go through the crack in the wall. When you reach the bottom, you should see two crystals amongst other things.

You probably angered a spider. Go into the hole he made and up. Lots of pretty blue stuff as scenery to oogle at on the long path.

"You are keeping an eye out for that spider, right?"

Go up the stairs. At the top is another crystal.

Go through the door.

You are done with the watery depths and are back now on the main route.

3.6 Docks

Read the plaque I had you skip earlier. Stand on the button nearby now to your right. Light E'lara's arrow in the flames.

Look at the statues (or at the map provided below). Light each statue head, going from the highest stone head to the lowest stone head.

When you finish, go near the boarded up area you broke open earlier and turn 180 to look at the wall directly in front. Go to it and push it with Caddoc.

A dead guy and a crystal here.

Follow the spirit guide through the door.

3.6.2

Boss battle. You are now done with Chapter Three!

Deathstones (Dead Guys): 8

Prisoners: 4

4.1 The Landing

Follow the spirit guide to the obelisk. Pass it. Turn left. Break through the boarded door.

Head to the plaque on the wall. Turn left. Jump down. Crystal here.

Return back to the plaque. Go through the opening into the big area.

Step on the two buttons - they are in the center of the big circle things on the floor.

Brazier lights up with fire. E'lara needs to set her arrow tip on fire and light all the braziers. Caddoc needs to push the statues to be beneath the braziers. There are three total.

Go up the small flight of stairs and drop into the newly opened hole. Where you came from closes above you.

Head to the left past the waterfall and light your arrow on the brazier. Go down to the water's edge and look right. Light the brazier. Go across to the right.

Look right again. Light that brazier. Follow that path to the end.

Light the brazier on the pillar. Go across that path. Stone head. Crypt. Familiar stuff. Go to the end of that room and loot the chest.

Fight the skeleton. Pick up the last orb. Go to talk to the stone head.

Loot inside. No collectibles. You need all three orbs for this to work, though, and that will be important later on to have all three.

Go through the door near the braziers.

Back outside. Straight ahead of you is a dead guy.

Go upstairs and kill the wargar. Turn right now and go up the other set of stairs. Look in the alcove and talk to the other dead guy.

180 degree turn. Head through the wooden gate.

4.2 Black Hearts and Red Blood

Follow the spirit guide for a while.

Cutscene about a dragon. Go up the stairs in front of you and talk to the dead guy directly forward. After some time in battle, a charging minotaur will open up the path you need to take.

Follow the spirit path until you see a fireplace. If you went up the stairs, you went too far. Listen to what he says and collect his bones. They're easy to find.

Talk to him when you finish. Light E'lara's arrow in his flame. Go up the stairs and peer down the grated area on the floor. Light the fireplace inside.

Go downstairs. Go through the newly opened wall. Two crystals. Listen to what she says afterwards.

Go back outside where you initially came from and turn left. Run towards the open fires on the ground and turn left. You'll see a shield with a black heart on it. Jump over the low barrier with the cover system and have Caddoc press the wall back. Dragon's tear.

Follow the spirit guide.

As you continue, you should see a small scene where an eye summons some guys in. Right after that and an assassin is a prisoner.

4.3 Arches of Fire

As soon as you go up the stairs, take a left and get on the wooden pillars. This is your chance to get BULL IN A CHINA SHOP. Simply have the minotaur charge down all the pillars that hold up the wooden platform.

Blow up the explosives nearby and collect the crystal before moving on.

As soon as you drop down, go straight into the hole in the wall. Dead guy.

Scene with an ogre. Cool.

Go inside the house. Turn left. Go straight. Turn left. Crystal. Return back to the main path.

4.4 The Scarlet Maid Tavern

Cutscene.

Turn around and look behind you and to the right. Dead guy.

Go inside the tavern. Go straight, then turn left, then talk to the other dead guy.

Shoot the three vases. One near the body, one under the stairs, last one in the dead end across from where you entered.

Light E'lara's arrow in the fireplace by the dead body. Turn 180. Go straight. Burn down the tapestry of the scarlet maid. Go into the secret room. Dragon's tear.

Follow the spirit guide until you drop down a floor from the top floor. Go inside the room you're in front of and free the prisoner in front of you.

4.5 King's Tale

Immediately upon dropping down is your chance to get CATCH! Simply sprint across the bridge until you drop down.

Follow the spirit guide until you leave the tavern/house structure. Fight begins. When you finish, check the first building on your right for a dead guy (assuming you are facing the way you are told to go by the spirit guide). 180 and go to the building on the other side for a prisoner.

Plaque contains no collectibles. Skipping this for this guide. Continue out.

Cutscene.

4.5.2

Keep following the spirit guide. Fight the wargar. At the fletchette gun, look to your left at the beach. Crystal.

Return to the fletchette gun. Go straight back where you came and go in the building on your right. Prisoner.

Return to the main path.

4.6 Library

Keep going until you pass the lava vat. When you see a giant brick in front of you hanging from a crane, turn right.

Dead guy and a crystal.

Instead of going through the door as the spirit guide says, take the path to your left. Crystal at the end.

Go through the door now per the spirit guide.

Right after you complete the objective to cross the quarry, you'll come across a wide opening with a sentry ballista at the end. You'll see floaty eyes. Here is your opportunity to get EYE FOR AN EYE. Refer to the achievement guide for more info.

Go through the door.

Gate Entrance

When you reach the bridge area and see the far door - stop. 180 and turn right down the stairs. Crystal. Very obvious to see if you do this right.

Go through the door.

Follow the spirit guide through the next door.

5.5 Wall

Keep going along the path. You should see a dead guy directly in front of you. If you hit the door, you went too far.

CHAPTER SIX - MAPS PROVIDED AT BOTTOM

Please note the numbers (6.1, etc) coincide with the map numbers at the bottom.

Collectibles Here

Crystal Shards: 11

Dragon's Tears: 1

Deathstones (Dead Guys): 5

Prisoners: 0

6.1 Kala Moor Entrance

Immediately once you start, you are beside two crystals. They are slightly behind you.

Before you go through the door-like opening, check the area to your right (it's a sectioned off area, kind of a small entrance). A dead guy and a crystal.

If you hit an animation of going through-ness, you went too far.

Go through the door otherwise when you finish.

6.2 Lower Holding Pens

Take an immediate left when you enter.

"This seems a bit of a detour."

Treasure Vault

If you have all three orbs from my walkthrough above, you should be able to get past the stone head.

This puzzle is simple. Go past the obelisk into the big room and look right.

Right most Statue:

Shoot the ropes off one side of the supported rock to let in light. Have Caddoc push the right pillar. Shoot an arrow from the white fire now into the open mouth of the statue.

Left most:

Stand on one button to the left of the left pillar on the ground. Look to the pillar - look right. There's the other button that way. Have Caddoc stand on that one. The buttons are hard to see, but you'll recognize them by the sun pattern design. Light the fire that appeared into the mouth of the statue.

Go straight. Weird door comes down. Crypt. Fight the skeleton.

Pick up the gold mask. Turn left as you exit to the other weird door and press B. Collect your awesome loot. Three crystals as well.

Return to the main path per spirit guide. Press B under the broken gate door.

6.2 Lower Holding Pens

One dead guy ahead of you as you enter the next area. You'll be engaged in battle if you aren't sure if you're in the room yet.

Keep going on. You'll come across a sleg fountain. You're more than welcome to hit B on this - it won't mess up your achievement. Same as with the others of similar appearance.

6.3 Elevator Pens

Follow the spirit guide all the way down. When you see a slope that goes upward, look right. Move all the way to the back of that area, then you should see a slope up to the right. Follow the path all the way as far back as you can go, and you should see a rare weapon container. A crystal is by it.

Return back to the main spirit guide path.

Cutscene.

6.3.2

Right after the cutscene, your chance to get I'LL HUFF AND I'LL PUFF comes up. Run all the way to the tower in front of you as you exit the cave and stand by it throughout your battle. The dragon will knock it down on its own if you wait long enough.

Move on. Obelisk. Move further on.

Big battle. Kill the demon. Go right. Light E'lara's arrow. 180 and look back. Move past the sleg fountain until you see the blue vase sitting at the dead end. Run to it. 180, look back. Keep an eye on your right as you slowly move forward, and you'll see a small opening.

Look in it. Shoot the brazier hanging from the skull's mouth.

Come back out and circle around that area. Prompt Caddoc to push the wall. Go in and collect. Your last dragon's tear awaits you.

Go down with the sleg fountain now.

Assassin fight. Keep going. Obelisk. Continue on.

Fletchette gun. Look left once you leave the area with it. Dead guy.

Leave the area with the spirit guide.

6.4 Depths

Continue forward. Sleg battle. Once it finishes, go to the obelisk and look for two crystals nearby just forward of it. Pretty plain sight.

B through the small opening. Go through the door.

6.5 Dungeons

Two crystals and a dead guy. Rather, a dragon.

Continue until you kill the big sleg demon. As you go around the outside of the arena to head to your last boss, stop before the stairs. Dead guy.

6.6 The Forge

Beat the boss. Congrats! You have now fully beat Hunted: The Demon's Forge!

Chapter One is now fully finished, though there's some issues with the official guide I'm having I still need to clarify. The official guide says there's 11 crystals, but a proper count between what I found that was missing and what the official guide says that I can't find is 12...

I'm pretty sure it's eleven and there's no crystal in the purple rune room, though. The official guide is probably wrong in that.

The official guide is also claiming there are six prisoners when both its provided maps and what I can find is only five.

... anyways, yeah, I need to check all of the above, but Chapter One is complete otherwise. Let me know if you guys find a sixth prisoner or a total of twelve crystals, please.

Just like to say you got dragon tear #2 in two different spots, I think you confused one of the rune jars with a tear, they do look similar to each other, it's alittle confusing at first because during my adventure+ I'm like where's that tear, it's not here XD

Thanks for catching that. I probably miscounted since I was playing the game as I was writing the guide.

Will fix that ASAP.

Also added up chapter two. Will add maps ASAP.

Edit: Fixed the counts for chapter one. Rather, I removed them, since I see that being more confusing than anything else for everyone.

Great guide, would be nice though if at the bottom of each chapter you list a total of each collectible. It''ll help when going through the game to make sure you've got everything at the end of each level.

This definatly needs including though at the start of each section would be better.

Also suggest after each collectible in the guide put 1/6, 2/6 after each one as an addtional tracker to avoid having to scroll to the top or bottom to check youve got the all.

The guide's not done, and we're taking a break. When it's done, each chapter will tell how many of each collectable are there. If you're insinuating adding a counter to each sub chapter, that's just a lot of unneeded text to an already long guide. The only way you can be sure you didn't miss a collectable is to go through the whole chapter, since there's no counters for each chapter or subchapter in the game. The only thing that's easy to jump around chapters for is dragon tears, since there's substantially less of those to collect, which we may add a footnote somewhere about specific chapter locations you can load up to get them. Someone using this guide from the start, though, would find that useless.

You can't do the additional tracker thing for crystal shards, which are counted for the achievement, so we have to decide if putting a counter in will throw people off when they end a chapter and have one or two extra crystals, and exactly how many crystals can be made from shards each level (we're not sure if it's the same for each level).

So yeah, we'll figure that out in a bit. Let us know if you find any word/grammar errors, though, in the mean time.

I already have counters up at this point for chapters 1 and 2.

Also, Auburok already wrote why I don't plan to do specific counting after each collectible, but to reiterate, I found this would become more confusing (not even the official guide counts them, though that thing is messed up in a lot of things it has), and... well, you can't really count a lot of it. Best to just keep a notepad open on your comp or a piece of paper and mark it down.
