I want to know the ideas about exercise. Kindly tell me how much exercise we should do in a day. How much exercise is enough for our fitness? Share your valuable ideas with me. How much exercise do we need for what? Loosing weight (then how fast)? running a marathon (then when)? Stay healthy (how healthy)?..... so, why do you want to exercise and to what purpose? Some people spends only few minutes to exercise but it is not enough to get required results. At least 30 minutes and maximum 1 hour is enough.
