How much exercise is enough?

Hello everyone. I know many people who spent lot of time in gym or in doing exercise for their fitness. I want to know the ideas about exercise. Kindly tell me how much exercise we should do in a day. How much exercise is enough for our fitness? Share your valuable ideas with me.

That´s a question impossible to answer my friend and will always be individual. For me to help you, you need to specify your question. How much exercise do we need for what? Loosing weight (then how fast)? running a marathon (then when)? Stay healthy (how healthy)?..... so, why do you want to exercise and to what purpose?

1 hour daily exercise is best for those who are conscious about their weight and fitness. Some people spends only few minutes to exercise but it is not enough to get required results. At least 30 minutes and maximum 1 hour is enough. Sometime stamina of a body not supports then you can reduce your time what your body permits you.
