Corrupt.
If you are about to die, bring in player two until you respawn then drop them out again. Makes everything ultimately easier...
Rothshield
Will try that thanks!
T3MP3R
Nice tip, but if I had 2 controllers I wouldn't be playing alone
specVjavi
I have 8 controllers and I'll probably be playing this alone...
Ollie Stacey
Dude you have just saved me. For some reason this game is a mega pain on the hardest setting.
noremac321
Dude you rock, this is a great suggestion. I'm w/ Ollie, having a bit of trouble on the hardest setting, probably because I'm impatient and want to hammer through it as quick as possible. Need to get it shipped off to Gamefly so I can get back to Skyrim!
Septic
If you are about to die, bring in player two until you respawn then drop them out again. Makes everything ultimately easier... This is by far the best piece of advice in the whole forum.
ConfusedGeek
i havent started it yet, but i am wondering so why not play with 2 controllers all the way through? and not waint until you are about to die?
shinobigarth
i dont know about you, but i cant effectively operate 2 controllers simultaneously. i was born with a birth defect by which i only have 2 hands.

raidenhardcore
Great tip, however the biggest enemy in the game is the multiple freezes...for the rest the game is okay
Acydyk
i dont know about you, but i cant effectively operate 2 controllers simultaneously. i was born with a birth defect by which i only have 2 hands. I was surprised how difficult Emerald Knight difficulty was. Any time a boss or tough enemy spawned, I just pushed Start on the second controller and let him act as a decoy while I spam some constructs from behind him . Works for most bosses too; just be prepared to swap to the other controller to stay alive if you die.
Redemption Mode
I was getting my butt kicked on Emerald Knight difficulty in some areas, until my daughter asked if she can play with me. Things got a little easier since... Thank you, baby.
Phunky
If you are about to die, bring in player two until you respawn then drop them out again. Makes everything ultimately easier... Awesome, thanks. I don't think I'd have ever beaten some of those bosses on my own without this.
Kovy88
Wish I would have known that some time ago. The bosses are such a trial and error based bullcrap. The attacks are pretty cool, but everything is based on pattern...
L4D II JoK3r
Cheers for this, couldn't rope anyone in for the 1k on this as the game doesn't give player 2 achievements (seriously what game still does that?)
