Damian 83
im going to get kinect in few days, but i dont have too much space in the room. after christmas holiday im going to buy a new bed that can be "closed" during the day, so i can play all games. but for now which are games that can be played only with arms? AmbaLaBamba
Apart from navigating through the menus and such, watching videos and using the video chat function I don't think so? All of the games involve some type of motion from standing up, obviously the dancing games but also Kinectimals and Kinect Adventures etc. I don't know whether any form of racing games would need you to stand up or not as I don't have kinect yet, maybe? Kinect was made with standing and moving around in mind
Pyrochaos
Joy Ride is the only game out that can be played sitting I think.
undoinggoat420
I only have the demo for joy ride but it can be played fairly easily sitting down.
Damian 83
and what about harry potter? it requires kinect like all kinect games or in this case, kinect is an optional?
The BEAst in I
and what about harry potter? it requires kinect like all kinect games or in this case, kinect is an optional? Its optional, only required if you want the 100% achievement completion

APE xCoLiiSioNz
Ive Got Kinect Joyride, and you can do it sat down just not the stunts quite aswell, but games such as kinect adventures and kinect sports im afraid will be impossible mate. R3d Nemesis
the only kinect game you can play sitting down is joy ride however i found it really doesn't work that well sat down so wouldn't recommend that either
SuperHiro24
Only Harry Potter really since in Kinect mode you move automatically much like a on a rail shooter like the old time crisis games. No legs required just hand gestures for the spells. The rest of the games though require your whole body and plenty of room, oh maybe table tennis on kinect sports because you can probably reach each shot by leaning rather than moving
St Jolly777
I understand the space limits...but I had to laugh...it's kind of like asking what treadmill should I buy that will do the running for me!
Princesspea299
lol would have to agreee with St Jolly the games are meant to get you up and moving

Cramtree
It would be nice if you could navigate the Kinect Sports menu sitting down.. It's just a pain having to stand up just to select a game.
Brutalsleeper
I'm hoping that future games will use both the controller and sensor and so are best played sitting down but as of right now no games are perfect for standing... Joy Rid is your best bet but you won't get the full experience from it
