DLC Achievement Guide

WRITTEN BY ME FOR X360A ONLY.

Overview
Estimated achievement difficulty: 3/10
Estimated time for 220: 1-2 hours.
Minimum playthroughs: 4
Offline: 7 (220)

Youngling - 30
Complete Jedi Temple - Apprentice difficulty

Simply complete the mission on apprentice diificulty - see 'Jedi Master' for tips.

*THE DIFFICULTY ACHIEVEMENTS DO NOT STACK AND REQUIRE 4 PLAYTHROUGHS*

Padawan - 30
Complete Jedi Temple - Sith Warrior difficulty

Simply complete the mission on sith warrior diificulty - see 'Jedi Master' for tips.

*THE DIFFICULTY ACHIEVEMENTS DO NOT STACK AND REQUIRE 4 PLAYTHROUGHS*

Jedi Knight - 30
Complete Jedi Temple - Sith Lord difficulty

Simply complete the mission on sith lord diificulty - see 'Jedi Master' for tips.

*THE DIFFICULTY ACHIEVEMENTS DO NOT STACK AND REQUIRE 4 PLAYTHROUGHS*

Jedi Master - 40
Complete Jedi Temple - Sith Master difficulty

*THE DIFFICULTY ACHIEVEMENTS DO NOT STACK AND REQUIRE 4 PLAYTHROUGHS*

1. You start of in the hull of your ship, walk forward and it will open and you free fall to land on a platform below.

Kill all the enemies (easiest with force repulse hold + ) then walk up the platform towards the huge doors, Use your force grip () on the 2 huge swords across the door and push them all the way up till they lock into place and the door will unlock.

2. The next room is an entrance hall, move towards the back and defeat all the enemies as you go, at then end will be a huge statue use your forge grip (
) to pull off parts of the statue.

Turn around so the statue is behind you and move forward and enter the door on your left follow path round and enter the next room.

3. The training room see '
Robot Parts' for how to clear this room, once cleared walkt through the new door you opened ad follow the path round till you are in front of the hug statue again

Use your force grip () on the platfomr up and to your left and straighten it out, once this has been done return to the entrance hall, across from where you kust re-entered the entrance hall is another doorway that is blocked off, destroy the blockage with force lightning () follow the corridor round and enter the museum.

4. This is the room you can get the
'
As The World Turns' achievement, you do not need to kill any enemies in this room you can simply run past them and about halfway along the corridor on your right is a corridor you go though.

Follow the corridor and fall down and you will again be infront of the huge statue, destory a couple of pieces of the side of the statue with your force push () and the statue will collapse, now head all the way back to the entrance hall.

You will now be able to jump across the gap where the statue once was, keep moving forward till you get a cutscene with your father and you enter the trials

5a First section of the trials is where you can get the 'Get A Grip' achievement, once you have completed this section you then move on to trial 2.

5b In this section of the trials you have to use your force grip () to move the platforms into place so you can move along until you get to the 3rd trial the boss.

5c This boss isn't very hard at all and i didn't really have any trouble with him on any difficulty.

In part 1 I used a combination of force lightning (
) and the ,, combo till you get to activate a quick time event to move onto the next section.

He has all the same abilities as you ie lightning repulse etc, he also has a a shockwave attack where he jumps in the air and slams down and an attack that causes all your buttons to change (very annoying)

Once you have moved onto the next section he will be infront of you floating in the air and have 2 boulders floating either side of him, he will throw these at you and then telepot near you and unleash his shockwave attack and then teleport back to his starting position.

The easiest way to do this section is hit him with force lightning
(
) then dodge the 4 boulders he throws at you and when he teleports to you, move away and then repeat this process, when he has takem so much damage you will fall through the floor and enter the 3rd and final section of the boss.

The 3rd section is very similar to the first except he has 1 new attack where he traps you in a vortex which will do you damage, however if you hit the
button quick enough you will escape it.

Keep using force lightning
(
) until his health is nearly all gone and you will be able to start of a final quick time event and defeat him.

Robot Parts - 30
Defeat the training room in less than 2 minutes

When you walk into the training room you will see a cutscene, then a warning that the training droids might still be active and a load will spawn out of some blue statues.

To complete this area you do not need to kill any of the droids at all, On the ground floor there will be 4 blue statues simply destroy them with your light saber and then jump to the upper floor, again there will be 4 statues but they are a lot smaller then the ones on the ground floor, again destroy them and you will get a cutscene of a door on the top floor opening, move through and you are done.

Get A Grip - 30
Defeat the trials without the sphere turning red

Halfway through the level you will see a cutscene with your father and afterwards you have to face the trials.

As you stand on the platform look towards the blue/white ball and use your force grip then move the ball along the line to the other side, if you move the ball to far the line it will go red.

There are 3 sections you have to move the ball along, there is no time limit so just move slowly.

As The World Turns - 30
Use the large globe to kill 10 enemies in the museum

When you enter the museum area, above you will be a model of solar system, use your force grip () to pull down the LARGE globe in the middle.

Once you have it in your possession use the to throw it at your enemies.

All finished, if anyone has any useful tips or anything worth adding please let me know.

While I think it is a great guide, the total gamerscore is "220," not "230."

I am not trying to nitpick, but just something I noticed.

General Jack II's Gamercard
I just finished getting all the new achievements and have a couple of tips for jedi master difficulty.
i believe the hardest part is the very beginning when you land. instead of sliding down the ramp of the ship jump out and you can control where you fall try to saber slam right on top of the flamethrower trooper (he will be surrounded by a gold orb and is easy to see when falling) saber slamming him will knock down his shields then use force repulse to knock everyone off. for the jetpack troopers grab them and throw them straight down over empty space to get an instant kill.
the rest was fairly easy if you have beaten the campaign on master.

for the final battle always try to knock him off the edge. XXYY works sometimes and force push does too. lightning is very effective. when you knock him off the edge he will reappear in the center and fall down, while he is falling he is vulnerable and try to catch him with force lightning while he falls. if you get him with the lightning before he get to the ground he cant do anything while you have him with it. when he does the thing that mixes up the button try to use an attack that he has to counter like force push or force lightning (if you can find it, but i found that the LT was force push most of the time) this will keep him from attacking long enough for everything to return to normal.

Un-stackable achievements ussually make people reply the DLC more and more.
I love this DLC eventhough its extremely short. Expands the story a small tad and its pretty fun.

Good guide Hayden covers all I need to know.

Easy way to get the 4 different difficulty achievements. After you beat the dark apprentice wait for the chieve to pop up. When it does go to the options and change your difficulty to whatever you need, then save. Exit game immediately, don't wait for cut-scene to end. Then continue game. You should be at the last stage of the apprentice battle and the difficulty should be whatever you changed it to. Easy as can be

I found what seems to be a useful glitch for the area after you destroy the base of the statue (the room where you can get the Achievement for moving the big globe around). It seems that if you die after the cutscene where you destroy the section of the statue, it clears the area and essentially resets the map. This basically clears the way of Purge and Scout Troopers. I haven't tested it myself, but it has occurred for me on two separate occasions.

Yeah this works great, I unlocked the 130 difficulty points really quickly with this method as the boss is rather easy. The only difficult part of this DLC was the entrace on Sith Master...

Still haven't got the Get a Grip...keep getting a little bit of red on the rail gap in the third stage....

I watched the video over at Achievement Hunter (RvB if you didn't know..) and the guy says that you can play through on Apprentice and just change the difficulty before the boss battle and it'll still count. Is this right? 0_0

EDIT: Here's the link!
Can anyone confirm this?

What I did was basically nudge it every bit of the way. Move the control stick from the neutral position just a bit in the direction I need it to go and then let it return to neutral again. I took it too slow, even for me and my slightly shaky hands.

For the get a grip achievement can you still get this if the ball disappears and restarts? Also if you fail is a "re load game, and continue" ok? Or do I need to play through the whole level again?

Thanks, not sure why but I am having such issues with this
