Achievement Guide (Remade)

Hi this is my first guide ever made. I am writing this as I have owned this game for a while now and felt like reading what the current guide on this game was like. So I read the guide and I believe that the exciting guide doesn't cover much on each of the achievements. So I am going to try and cover more on them.

TENCHU Z ACHIEVEMENT GUIDE

Complete 5 Missions

Complete 50 Missions

For these achievements all you need to do is play all 50 missions available in the game. You do not need to Ninja 5 every mission you only need to complete them. It shouldn't take to long to do if you play it on easy.

20 Stealth Kills

Stealth Kills

A stealth kill is when you walk or sneak holding the right bumper up behide any enemy and attack them when you get a glowing ring appear on them. Getting the 1000 needed shouldn't be a problem if you take it slow and don't rush into them which may attract the attention of other enemies. If you do get spotted just run away and hide somewhere and wait for the Ki Meter in the bottom left to turn back to green and then try the kill again.

10 Ninja 5 Rank Missions

See "
50 Ninja 5 Rank Missions"

50 Ninja 5 Rank Missions

For these achievements you can't just complete the same mission 3 times on each difficulty and get the rank Ninja 5 three times. It doesn't work. Instead you have to get the rank Ninja 5 on all 50 levels in the game. Luckely you don't have to Ninja 5 each level on all the difficulties so if you want to get these done quick play the game on easy. It seems to get the rank of Ninja 5 you have to get a minimum of 900 points per level so getting a few stealth kills in each mission should make sure you get the target points.

Ninja 5 All Easy Missions

See "
Ninja 5 All Hard Missions"

Ninja 5 All Normal Missions

See "
Ninja 5 All Hard Missions"

Ninja 5 All Hard Missions

These achievements do not stack so you will have to play the game three times. Luckely the 900 point limit for the rank of Ninja 5 is for any difficulty. So play each mission on easy first to get to grips with where everything is and then you shouldn't have to much trouble with the harder difficulties. The only differences in the difficulties is that the enemy will be able to spot you easier even if your hiding and will take a few more hits if you do a front on attack.

Complete the game story

For this achievement all you need to do is complete the missions in the game I don't know if you need to complete the secret missions as well because I did them when they became availble to play. You don't need to Ninja 5 every level.

Completed 1 Secret Mission

Completed 2 Secret Mission

See "

Completed 3 Secret Mission

See "

Completed 4 Secret Mission

Completed 5 Secret Mission

These missions need to be completed to get the
"Complete 50 Missions" achievement. But to help everyone out the secret missions are 7, 15, 25, 34 and 44. You will also need to Ninja 5 these as well to get the Ninja 5 achievements.

Killed 5 Tomikichi

Killed 50 Tomikichi

Tomikichi are the enemies in the game that wear the round sun hats made of staw. There is only 1 per level and you must kill each one to gain the achievements. You cant just load one mission and kill the same one over and over it won't count. It also doesn't count if you play the same mission over and over but on different difficulties it still only counts as one. SarezJay posted this video on youtube showing all the locations of them on Normal. Please note due to they move about sometimes the location may be off slightly but not by much so look around if you can't find them there.

For this being your first guide it is fairly good. This game doesnt really need a guide, but if it had one this would work.

Good job.

I know it didn't really need a guide. I just wanted to make one as nearly all the games on this site have a guide to go with them including the other ones that don't need one. So I was showing some concern on this one as it was missing out. lol I know it sounds silly.

I disagree completely.. He tells you some very good info such as you need to kill all of the Tomikichi's not just kill one 50 times and that you can't five star one mission over and over again for the 50 ninja 5's..

I think if you go around saying games don't need guides there will always be some argument to come...

At the end of the day.. Most games don't really need guides.. They just help.
