Welcome to the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 Road Map to 200. Sonic 3 is a very simple 200 that will take you no more than 5 hours. The only tricky part is collecting the choas emeralds, even then, they aren't too difficult.
Step 1 - Angel Island Zone
You can unlock 6 achievement in the very first zone. For Halfway There... simply collect 50 rings and for Goodie Gumballs, you'll need to enter a checkpoint post when you have at least 50 rings and collect a blue gumball.
For Points I, Points II, Points III and Chaotic, you'll need to enter the bonus stages that are scattered throughout the zone, to enter them you must jump into the large ring. Once the bonus level starts, you'll need to collect all of the blue balls for a chaos emerald. This will give you Chaotic. For Points I, Points II and Points III, you'll need 80,000 points. If you collect all of the rings in a bonus stage, you'll be rewarded with 50,000 points. Collect all of the rings in two bonus stages and you'll have well over 80,000 points.
Step 2 - Finish the Game
Now you can simply playthrough the rest of the game for the remaining achievements. You'll unlock Wet Feet, Wet and Wild, Marble Finishes, Fast Freeze and Complete the Game by playing through the different zones. For Complete Chaos, you'll need to collect 7 chaos emeralds. There are lots of bonus stages, so completing 7 shouldn't be too much of a problem. Follow the video below for the locations of the first 7 bonus stages.
After completing the game, you should have 200 for Sonic the Hedgehog 3. Congratulations.

Good road map. Super easier to get 200G in 1 hour and 1 walkthrough. This estimated achievement difficulty should be 1/10 due to game have save/load data on your current position where you left off. Kind of like you playing emulator with save/load state.
