Any recommendations?

Hey there,

Lately i have been getting into the fighting genre and i've decided to play some more of these games. There are obviously famous games such as Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter and MvC, but would anyone care to recommend a series that i didn't mention? I'd appreciate it, thanks.

Thanks a lot to Gackt

The Soul Calibur series is really good and if you want to go all the way back to a PS1 you can even play the first one which is called Soul Blade.

I found Soul Calibur 4 to be a great game. I can't say I've really played any outside of the more famous ones. Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter have to be the best out there IMO, not really much of a fan of Tekken.

Dead or Alive 4 was a pretty good game, probably another older title you should check out. There's also Virtua Fighter 5 (I think it's 5) but I never played it so I couldn't really say how good it is.

Blazblue looks like a good game too.

Blazblue. Either Calamity Trigger or Continuum Shift, they are both really amazing games which you can replay over and over again. They are truly some of the best games ever in my opinion. Actually THE best in my opinion.

They are only on PS2, but I definitely recommend Smackdown! Shut Your Mouth & Smackdown! Here Comes The Pain. Best two games of the whole WWE series. They are hardcore gaming classics, but anyone can pick them up and have a good time. And definitely Mortal Kombat & Street Fighter as well.
I ship Bayley and Finn Bálor. Hard. They should get married and make adorable, hugging, demon babies.

Treyarch achievement lists are the video game equivalent of an unprotected chair shot to the head.

Working On: BO3 (360) (MP only), WWE SVR 2011, COD Classic, WAW, AW (One), & Blops I & II (Zombies/DLC Only), GTA V (360), Split Second, Jeopardy, Halo: MCC (Halo 1 & 2 Only), Disney Infinity, Madden 11 & 13, Pac-Man (One)
