Stranger's dream dlc help

I completed the game (both play throughs and all cheevos) before discovering that there is dlc. I bought it and loaded the game back up but I can't find where to initiate the new who knows where.

Anybody have any ideas or suggestions?

I think you can only access it within the story. You'll find some books in the bastion next to the cooking pot.

As the other trips to Who Knows Where, it is fun to play but I expected more from the stranger's story. Even though I guess it's worth at 80 msp.

The new DLC is accessible from the main hub of the story - it's in the same place as the stewpot and the bedroll.

It looks great - and it's only 80MSP.

The DLC is free on steam and was meant to be that way, which explains the very low price on xbox live.

Ok, I purchased the DLC during my first play-thru.

The Download item disappeared off the menu but the DLC did not show up.

I've since finished my first play-thru and started New Game +. Still nothing.

Did I somehow get a bad download or something?

I didn't even know that there was DLC for this game since there aren't any achievements. Maybe I'll go back to play this extra mode... I enjoyed the game enough to extend a bit more for only $1.
