how do I quit w/o being an A $ $

I decided to do a ranked game, I got off to a bad start and was too used to my sliders (screwing up my touch).

I'm down by 20 in the 3rd quarter, and am just phoning it in by now, oddly enough the guy keeps making adjustments (using all of the timeout, calling another one to get who he wants on the floor) this continued into the 4th where I'm down by like 32.

When or is it possible to quit but not screw-over the opponent's impending ranked win. I don't have a problem with losing because I know I'm not good enough to go undefeated each time I play (hell I'm sure I'll find that I will be below .500 online), and I don't feel like creating the illusion that I am perfect in the game.

I'm okay with taking the loss, I just want to make sure I don't screw over the person who is beating me. I know when I've been beat but its beyond annoying having to continue to get my arse handed to me.
