Notes, Bug and Reset.
Not upgrading HIT POWER and ION-BALL until you have the other achievements unlocked is a must for an easy 200
The abilities are bugged, if you start a new game you will reset your upgrades until you continue the game from the main menu which will unlock all the abilities you have previously upgraded even though the continue is for your new game.
The only way to fully reset your abilities to zero is to un-install and re-install the game.
Level Replay Trick.
If you exit a level and then continue it will restart the level you are on.
See this thread for invincibilty glitch if you need to make the game super easy.
Step 1: Play Through The Story.
Work your way through the story upgrading as you progress, you should have enough XP to max out all required abilities in your 1st playthrough.
It is possible to unlock Record Breaker on your 1st playthrough but is easier on 2nd playthrough with an upgraded platform just make sure you do not upgrade HIT POWER or ION-BALL.
Step 2: Record Breaker.
For this playthrough if you have not upgraded HIT POWER and ION-BALL tap continue and you will have all your abilities from your 1st playthrough.
You need to have not upgraded HIT POWER and ION-BALL so you can get alot more points from the levels. See Record Breaker achievement for more details.
Step 3: Double Time, Triple Threat and Mop-up.
You dont want to upgrade ION-BALL or HIT POWER until you have Double Time and Triple Threat as HIT POWER and ION-BALL breaks too many blocks so you dont get as many power ups, once you unlock Double Time and Triple Threat upgrade HIT POWER and ION-BALL and you should have all 200
There are 35 levels to complete
Like a cat you start with 9 lives (Lives in bottom right in red under platform)
You can view the objects in help and options -> help - Page 1
Bouncer - Hits you ball in opposite direction fast.
Cog - Spins you ball off in direction cog is turning.
Portal - In one portal out the other.
Fan - Blows your ball in direction it is facing.
You can view the blocks to destroy help and options -> help - Page 2
Coloured blocks range from 1 hit to 10 hits to destroy.
Electric block - Cannot be damaged from below.
Shrapnel block - When smashed it will throw out shrapnel to be avoid.
Shadow block - When hit it disappears for a short time .
Explode block - When hit will take out unbreakable blocks.
You can view the pick-ups in help and options -> help - Page 3
Green Multi-ball - Gives you Multi-ball
Green Bomb – Destroys all bricks completing level
Yellow Ball – Speeds up ball
Green Platform – Extra Life
Blue Ball - Slows ball down
Blue Orb – Hold ball to platform
Red Ball - Ball cuts through blocks with bouncing back until it hits the screen border.
Red Platform – Makes you platform smaller
Red Bomb – Instant Death
Blue Shield - Adds defensive Shield to bottom of screen
1 = 75 = 30% Chance
2 = 150 = 50% Chance
3 = 325 = 75% Chance
4 = 450 = 100% Change
1 = 100 = 1.3 x basic time
2 = 200 = 1.6 x basic time
3 = 400 = 2 x basic time
4 = 550 = 2.5 x basic time
1 = 150 = +1 shields
2 = 250 = +2 shields
3 = 400 = +4 shields
4 = 700 = +6 shields
1 = 200 = 10% increase
2 = 300 = 15% increase
3 = 450 = 25% increase
4 = 800 = 40% increase
1 = 250 = 5% Influence
2 = 450 = 12% Influence
3 = 650 = 22% Influence
4 = 900 = 38% Influence
1 = 275 = +2 hit power
2 = 500 = +3 hit power
3 = 700 = +5 hit power
4 = 1025 = +7 hit power
1 = 350 = 12.5% Growth
2 = 650 = 25% Growth
3 = 1050 = 37.5% Growth
4 = 1450 = 50% Growth
1 = 700 = 15% chance
2 = 1150 = 28% chance
3 = 1750 = 42% chance
4 = 2400 = 60% chance
1 = 800 = 5% chance
2 = 1350 = 10% chance
3 = 2000 = 15% chance
4 = 2850 = 25% chance
