Yup that's true. I guess you must only knock out people that you really can't avoid @ all. Best way is to put every points in STEALTH.

When talking to Zeek, you don't repeatedly empathise.

You empathise, then you reason and finally you humble for the Unforseen Consequences achievement.

There are several ways to do it. I did it 3 different ways already.

As long as you're not spotted you should still get the bonus' as i'm pretty sure I did.

If you don't then yeah that might mess up the achievement.

I don't even know what CASIE is yet, so I'm presuming "no" on that one..

All I know is, I'm following the guide from scratch, and when I tried Empathize * 3, the achievement did not pop. So I did it the above method, and it did. I hope that helps someone who has a similar problem

It's the Social Enhancer mod.
I have noticed choices differ with or without this mod.

Added some things I found out for Foxiest and Pacifist!

a bit of editing in this walkthrough would be really helpful because at the moment i cant really make much sense of this guide. a bit longer descriptions and a clear seperation between each achievement and/or mission would make this guide perfect

I think this guide is rather perfect. May not look much like all the others with pictures & videos BUT it's all IN ORDER. Simply follow this guide, and you won't miss any achievement. So far I can only vouch for it.

Aaaand I somehow missed the ebook on Sandoval's desk. Crap. Luckily, I had a save point right before The Mantis so I'm not completely put out and I nabbed every side quest cheev from there to Hensha II, so I might skip them or do them for the XP. Not sure yet. So annoying. :/

Lack of chapters/statistics is one of the most irritating things about DXHR.

I'm going for all 3 main achievements in one playthrough. I'm also trying to get the ebooks as well, but I'm stuck on the second one at the plant. How do i get across the hall way without the turret seeing me?

You can either destroy the turret from behind with a frag grenade (vent shaft is nearby) or you can grab some boxes, put them in front of the turret and you can easily pass or you simply grab the turret if you have the suitable augmentation to carry heavy objects.

Don't know if anyone's pointed it out but, you might want to mention that at the start of Shanghai (2) you have the option to avoid getting the Biochip upgrade, as Namir can't disable your augmentations during the boss fight if you refused it. You didn't mention it under The Snake achievement as you had given a tip for The Mantis.

Otherwise, fantastic roadmap, really saved me alot of time and effort and helped me get alot more out of the game.

Also, on the HUMAN POWERED ebook--first one in Picus--if you jump down the elevator shaft (need Icarus), the vent at the bottom will take you directly to the room with the ebook. Icarus really is one of the coolest, most useful augmentations in the entire game.

Excellent guide. I followed it through and got 1000/1000GS in one playthrough.

Only thing is in your guide you say "Sarif Industries Last time! Make sure you got all 3 eBooks in Sarif Industries, this is your last chance!" There's only 2 e-books if Im not mistaken in Sarif Industries. The third one your talking about was in the plant, which you cant revisit?

Anyways, kudos!

Quick question: I failed a few hacking attempts, but never got an alarm. WOuld that still count against me? I just finished the game, but never got the Foxiest of the hounds. I also got into a fight in Hengsha with a few guys. I'm thinking that might be the source of my trouble. either that, or the fight at the chopper.

One in Pritchard's office, one in office 25 and one in office 27--the latter two which are conveniently connected by a vent.

Seriously? Me too! And I was 100 percent sure I got it.. I was so surprised when the achievement didn't pop at the last book. I'm starting to think there's more behind this..

Just beat it; didn't get Foxiest or Pacifist--I'm assuming you can't kill the crazed workers in the last level (before the boss, that is). Watching the credits now. Sarif's message gave me the chills (in a good way).

Heh. Did Taggert's ending and that is EXACTLY what happened. Got my Pacifist cheev.
