Go to any church and use their altar. There is a church in Whiterun called Kynareth (sp?). Or you can go to the stature of Talos in whiterun. It's the statue next to the companions headquarters and has the preacher shouting out consistently about talos and how bad the empire is or w.e :P.

or you can simply use a potion of cure disease.

This is a no going back cure sadly.

Finish the quest line for the companions and seek out the leader kolak. (speaking to others in the guild or to a woman called Aela the Huntress in whiterun will give you information on the cure).

The companions will then offer you a quest to cure the lycanthropy. However, it's a permanent cure, and you can't become a werewolf again after this.

So choose wisely :P.

You said you left it a bit long to feed and people attacked on site. You could of gone back to stage 1 vampirism by just feeding if you wanted to keep on being a vampire.

This will only work up to 3 days after you have contracted the disease. For a cure for vampirism after the first 3 days since you contracted the disease check the spoiler
Spoiler! (click here to reveal)
