How much exercise is enough?

Hello everyone. I know many people who spent lot of time in gym or in doing exercise for their fitness. I want to know the ideas about exercise. Kindly tell me how much exercise we should do in a day. How much exercise is enough for our fitness? Share your valuable ideas with me.

Thatīs a question impossible to answer my friend and will always be individual. For me to help you, you need to specify your question. How much exercise do we need for what? Loosing weight (then how fast)? running a marathon (then when)? Stay healthy (how healthy)?..... so, why do you want to exercise and to what purpose?

As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day. If you want to lose weight or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more.

I agree . 30 to 45 minutes daily are enough for physical workout.It improves level of fitness and increases stamina of body.

1 hour daily exercise is best for those who are conscious about their weight and fitness. Some people spends only few minutes to exercise but it is not enough to get required results. At least 30 minutes and maximum 1 hour is enough. Sometime stamina of a body not supports then you can reduce your time what your body permits you.

It depends on you that how much you can do exercise. I think 1 hour in a day is best and enough for doing exercise. I also spend 1 hour only for exercise.

Exercise is very important for good health and fitness. We should do exercise daily and try to do exercise for at least 30 minutes daily. I do exercise everyday.

Well i think one hour exercise is enough. It is best to do one hour exercise everyday. It is good for health and fitness. women's formal dresses
