Introduction
Welcome to Jimmy's Vendetta! The first DLC add-on for Mafia II. The achievements in this DLC are fairly straight forward, but some of them are a huge grind. For the estimate of how long these will take to obtain, i have suggested 10-15 hours. The campaign will take you around 3-5 hours, but there is 1 achievement that will cause this DLC to take up to 15 hours. This achievement is, 'Explorer' and to obtain it you will have to drive for a total of 1000 miles. During the original game, which is a lot bigger than this DLC, you would not have driven so many miles, so to drive this many in a smaller story will take a lot of effortless grinding, just driving around the map.

Step 1: Story
Your first step is to complete the story. All of the missions are timed and you will obtain a score at the end of each mission that can be added to a leader board to compare with others. There are no achievements attached to this leader board feature, however, so do not worry about it too much. While you play through the story, you should be aware of some of the miscellaneous achievements as some are easier earned during story missions. You cannot miss any achievements, so if you are aiming for any during missions and fail to obtain them, you can try again at any time in free roam.

Step 2a: Clean up
After you have completed the story of Jimmy's Vendetta, you can now concentrate on unlocking any achievements that you may have missed during your playthrough. These will likely include, 'Massacre', 'Millionaire', 'Firebug' and 'Explorer'. For massacre and Millionaire and any others you may have missed, you can reload already completed missions to attempt these on. For Firebug, this can be earned at your leisure, just by destroying any car, you can add progress to this.

Step 2b: Explorer
Just a side not for this, as technically it belongs in step 2a, but this will not come quickly. This is a huge grind to obtain. You will likely have driven around 150 miles during the campaign, so to unlock this you will have to drive around the map during free roam for a copious amount of time. You also cannot drive into a wall and put an elastic band over your thumbstick, or use any other method of grinding. You have to actually drive for 1000 miles, so you will need to be actively and consciously driving. Good luck.

Conclusion
The only problem with this DLC's achievements is the aforementioned 'Explorer' achievement. You should consider investing into a decent pair of headphones and a new CD. The site's and sound's of driving the same route on any map for so long will wear down even the bravest of gamers.
