Tips for a beginner...

So I've dusted off my copy of KOA, d/loaded the DLC and am starting up a new game. Just wanted to know if anyone had any advice.. I played a few hours in the past but it's been months and I'm just going to start over from the beginning.

I want it to be a challenge as much as possible so I was thinking of avoiding fate shifting so as to not hit the level cap before I'm done exploring.. I'm playing on hard which was stupid easy as far as I remember..

Was curious about the DLC too, I think I'm going to play them in the middle of the main quest, is there any particular order that makes more sense in the narrative or are they both stand alone quests??

Play it on hard and start a new game. Can be tricky a little but will even out when you rank higher. I just did the same thing and finished 1300/1300. Fun game and shame there aren't more like it. Anyway good luck!

Currently playing this game on the PS3, from my personal experience, do the following:

Play on Hard
Max Detect Hidden
Max Persuasion
Max Alchemy
Put a few points into Dispelling

This will help you with the harder achievements you're looking to get.

Curious-how many skills can you max out?
